Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Nov. 11 — impersonations, 4200 block of Stoney Brook Road, Clemmons. Suspect impersonated law enforcement during phone scam.
• Nov. 11 — robbery, 6200 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Subject attempted to rob victim by striking him in the head with an unknown object.
• Nov. 11 — vandalism, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject cracked the back window of an automobile.
• Nov. 11 — impersonation, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject impersonated a Forsyth County Sheriff deputy.
• Nov. 11 — trespassing, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject continued to return to the post office after being trespassed.
• Nov. 11 — police service-non criminal call for service, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject reported multiple persons with long guns in the woods.
• Nov. 11 — welfare check, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Checked on a female and a juvenile.
• Nov. 11 — drug violations, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop led to investigation and marijuana was located. Cleared for arrest, Destiny Nicole Lee was charged with possession of marijuana.
• Nov. 11 — driving while license revoked/suspended, 100 block of Northbound 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject operated vehicle while license was revoked.
• Nov. 12 — welfare check, 3700 block of Harper Road/Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Located a lost and confused elderly person.
• Nov. 12 — missing person, 6300 block of Duel Drive, Clemmons. Elderly father with dementia was lost after driving.
• Nov. 12 — larceny, 8100 block of Whitmore Cove Lane, Clemmons. Offender stole outgoing package off a victim’s front porch.
• Nov. 12 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 to each vehicle.
• Nov. 12 — traffic accident, 3400 block of Clemmons Road/Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000 and $3,500.
• Nov. 12 — welfare check, 900 block of Ridge Gate Drive, Lewisville. Female no longer wanted to live at home.
• Nov. 12 — breaking and entering without force/drug violations/resisting arrest, 7900 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Subject entered building and stole metal valued at $200. Cleared for arrest, David Wesley Widener was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering.
• Nov. 13 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $1,500.
• Nov. 13 — traffic accident, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $7,000 and $2,000.
• Nov. 13 — disturbance-non criminal, 900 block of Boyer Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person thought he was going to get in a fight.
• Nov. 13 — locate wanted person, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Glory Road, Clemmons. Wanted offender was located at a traffic stop.
• Nov. 13 — impersonation, 8500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject sent money to subject impersonating Forsyth County Sheriff’s employee.
• Nov. 14 — welfare check, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Patient at a rest home got upset.
• Nov. 14 — traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,000.
• Nov. 14 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $3,000.
• Nov. 14 — impersonation, 3700 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Victim was told he had outstanding warrants and had to pay money.
• Nov. 15 — drug violations, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Western Villa, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded a drug violation.
• Nov. 15 — hit and run accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicles involved with damages of $1,000 to one vehicle.
• Nov. 16 — suspicious person, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Caller was concerned about being followed around a store.
• Nov. 16 — breaking and entering with force, 100 block of Sunny Acres Drive, Lewisville. Subject forced door to gain entry taking items valued at $3,000.
• Nov. 16 — all other offenses, 7900 block of Grapevine Road/Conrad Road, Lewisville. Runner was nearly struck twice by the same vehicle.
• Nov. 17 — breaking and entering with force/resisting arrest, 2300 block of Springvalley Drive, Clemmons. Intoxicated male attempted to gain entry into a residence. Cleared for arrest, David Lee Koger was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering.
