Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 18 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,200.

• Nov. 18 — fraud, 6000 block of Arden Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person wanted to file a report.

• Nov. 18 — burglary-non forced, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Supply building was broken into.

• Nov. 18 — found property, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Small plastic bag with white powder was found in a parking lot.

• Nov. 18 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 800 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road/Franklin Road, Lewisville. Suspect possessed drugs and paraphernalia. Cleared for arrest, Michael Lee Moore was charged with open beverage.

• Nov. 19 — driving while impaired, 500 block of Pamo Lane, Lewisville. Subject arrested for DWI. Cleared for arrest, Ernest Roy Weatherman was charged with impaired driving DWI.

• Nov. 19 — drug violations, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia were seized pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Nov. 20 — traffic accident, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $2,000.

• Nov. 20 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $800 to each vehicle.

• Nov. 20 — paraphernalia, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Overdose suspect possessed drug paraphernalia.

• Nov. 20 — larceny from building, 6200 block of Hampton Chase Road, Clemmons. Offender took items valued at $895 from residence.

• Nov. 20 — use of force, 9900 block of Great Wagon Road/Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Deputy dispatched an injured deer.

• Nov. 21 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject shoplifted from Food Lion.

• Nov. 21 — police service-non criminal call for service, 8000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Caller turned in ammunition.

• Nov. 21 — traffic accident, 3100 block of Middlebrook Drive/Amberly Lane. One-vehicle accident with damage of $1,500.

• Nov. 21 — driving while impaired/violation of auto law, 100 block of Northbound 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject operated vehicle while impaired.

• Nov. 21 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 700 block of Brookway Ridge Lane, Lewisville. Gamer threatened another gamer.
