Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 25 — suspicious person, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject was observed loitering around businesses after hours.

• Nov. 25 — overdose, 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Subject ingested a large quantity of over-the-counter medication.

• Nov. 25 — police service-information provided, 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject trespassed from home.

• Nov. 25 — hit-and-run accident, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Damage to vehicle of $1,000.

• Nov. 25 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $800.

• Nov. 25 — traffic accident, 3200 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $2,000.

• Nov. 25 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 7600 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Subjects got into a physical altercation.

• Nov. 26 — police service-assist agency, 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Fire Department members requested assistance in regards to forced entry.

• Nov. 26 — traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,500.

• Nov. 26 — shoplifting, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole dog food from Tractor Supply.

• Nov. 26 — welfare check, 700 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject suffered from a PTSD attack.

• Nov. 26 — vandalism, 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject/s drew graffiti on the wall at the library.

• Nov. 27 — larceny from building, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Victim reported that a friend took $200 while he was visiting.

• Nov. 28 — overdose, 6900 block of Village Medical Center, Clemmons. Subject overdosed in a hospital bathroom.

• Nov. 29 — breaking and entering without force, 4100 Briar Creek Road, Clemmons. Eight bottles of Chardonnay valued at $80 were stolen from the garage of a residence.

• Nov. 29 — autobreaking and larceny, 500 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Unknown suspect stole laptop computer valued at $1,600 from car.

• Nov. 30 — autobreaking and larceny/automobile theft, 7000 block of Garrett Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole vehicle from a parking lot

• Nov. 30 — autobreaking and larceny, 6400 block of LaGrande Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect broke into vehicle.

• Nov. 30 — autobreaking and larceny, 6500 block of LaGrande Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect broke into vehicle taking items valued at $410.

• Dec. 1 — drug violations, 4300 block of Kinnamon Village Loop, Clemmons. Offender had marijuana and paraphernalia in her possession. Cleared for arrest, Macy Alexandra Franco was charged with possession of marijuana.

• Dec. 1 — autobreaking and larceny, 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Work vehicle was entered and a Speedway fuel card was stolen.
