Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Dec. 29 — drug violations, 7600 block of Idols Road/Mallard Trail, Clemmons. Subjects found in possession of methamphetamine.
• Dec. 30 — automotive theft, 6000 block of Arden Drive, Clemmons. A 1997 Ford Explorer was stolen from driveway.
• Dec. 30 — tampering with vehicle, 6300 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Unknown subjects broke into a vehicle.
• Dec. 30 — disturbance/non-criminal, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects involved in a road rage incident in parking lot.
• Jan. 1 — drunk and disruptive, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Intoxicated subjects were fighting in a restaurant.
• Jan. 1 — police service-civil dispute, 2500 block of Adrionna Trail, Clemmons. Civil dispute over damages to lawn.
• Jan. 1 — careless and reckless driving, 5900 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Subjects in disturbance over careless and reckless driving through a neighborhood.
• Jan. 2 — overdose, 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on sleep medication.
• Jan. 2 — fraud, 5700 block of Chicory Meadows Road, Clemmons. Woman’s Kohl’s account was used to make purchases.
• Jan. 2 — larceny from building, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Jewelry valued at $8,800 was taken from victim’s purse.
• Jan. 2 — police service-assist agency, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Nurse did not know what to do with deceased resident.
• Jan. 2 — welfare check, 8500 block of Brook Meadow Road, Lewisville. Subject was sleeping in vehicle due to no electricity in home.
• Jan. 3 — fraud, 4100 block of Arden Street, Clemmons. Victim received phone call from an unknown person with her Social Security number.
• Jan. 3 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,800.
• Jan. 3 — larceny from auto, 6300 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Catalytic converter cut from truck.
• Jan. 3 — trouble with neighbor, 2000 block of Megan Court, Clemmons. Reporting person was having issues with their neighbor.
• Jan. 3 — autobreaking and larceny, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Vehicle passenger window broke and bookbag stolen from within.
• Jan. 3 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Westbound 40, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,000 and $5,000.
• Jan. 3 — autobreaking and larceny, 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Suspects broke into unlocked cars and stole items valued at $205. Cleared for arrest, Jair Deiontae Leebolling was charged with breaking and entering a vehicle.
• Jan. 3 — welfare check, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Female worried about the welfare of a friend.
• Jan. 3 — aggravated assault, 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Man reported someone pointing a gun.
• Jan. 4 — automobile theft, 100 block of Westbound 40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Kia Forte valued at $8,000 was stolen from the side of the highway.
• Jan. 4 — fleet vehicle accident, 2900 block of Harper Road/South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Deputy struck curb with patrol vehicle while responding to a code 1 call.
• Jan. 4 — driving while impaired, 4600 block of Carriagebrook Court, Clemmons. Offender was driving while impaired.
• Jan. 4 — harassment (non-criminal), 4000 block of Whirlaway Court, Clemmons. Female received harassing text messages and voice message from male she had just met.
• Jan. 4 — autobreaking and larceny, 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Victims had items stolen from unlocked vehicles overnight.
• Jan. 5 — police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Business needed assistance with getting an intoxicated customer home.
• Jan. 5 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 600 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Offender pushed victim and tried to enter a residence.
• Jan. 5 — Disturbance/non-criminal, 400 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Neighbor was yelling at a caller.
• Jan. 5 — police service-information provided, 600 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Landlord provided information about tenant and requesting security checks in the area.
• Jan. 5 — use of force, 700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Dispatched an injured coyote.
• Jan. 5 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim pinned on the ground by offender in an assisted living home.
