Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 6 — traffic accident, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with $6,500.00 damage to the vehicle and $10,000 damage to the building of a commercial business.

• Jan. 6 — hit-and-run accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two vehicles involved with damages of $2,500 and $1,800.

• Jan. 6 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student’s parent reported that his stepdaughter’s Snapchat had been hacked.

• Jan. 6 — careless and reckless driving/driving while license revoked/suspended, 100 block of Eastbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender was speeding, driving recklessly and had a suspended license.

• Jan. 6 — police service-alarm, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unsecured door located during alarm call.

• Jan. 7 — shoplifting, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole razors from CVS.

• Jan. 7 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,000 and $5,000.

• Jan. 7 — traffic accident, 6200 block of Armsburg Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $1,200.

• Jan. 7 — police service-assist agency, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Assisted NC Highway Patrol with a traffic crash.

• Jan. 7 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject assaulted victim by slapping his hand.

• Jan. 7 — police service-non criminal call for service, 3600 block of Edgemoor Court, Clemmons. Person reporting wanted information for a 50C restraining order.

• Jan. 8 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient attacked nurse.

• Jan. 8 — larceny from building, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim had $1,500 and credit cards stolen from an unattended wallet.

• Jan. 8 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Cashier thought that someone intentionally drove off without paying for gas.

• Jan. 9 — locate wanted person, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Mother turned in daughter with a warrant.

• Jan. 9 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired and had marijuana.

• Jan. 9 — traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,800 and $1,000.

• Jan. 9 — fraud, 6700 block of Fairwood Court, Clemmons. Victim had unauthorized transactions from card number online.

• Jan. 9 — traffic accident, 6800 block of August Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $1,200.

• Jan. 9 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,500.

• Jan. 9 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Offender cornered victim during verbal altercation.

• Jan. 9 — burglary-non forced, 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Victim reported game systems missing.

• Jan. 9 — trouble with neighbor, 6500 block of La Grande Place, Lewisville. Argument over children being supervised while playing.

• Jan. 9 — welfare check, 100 block of Sunny Acres Drive, Lewisville. Welfare check requested on a resident.

• Jan. 9 — police service-assist agency, 300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Assisted the NC State Highway Patrol with a DWI.

• Jan. 10 — welfare check, 6800 block of Gray Moss Court, Clemmons. Checked the welfare of an elderly neighbor.

• Jan. 10 — welfare check, 7300 block of Bullard Road, Clemmons. Subject requested welfare check on adult daughter.

• Jan. 10 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 7100 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Victims stated that an offender assaulted them.

• Jan. 10 — vandalism, 400 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Subject believes that a tire was slashed by an unknown subject.

• Jan. 12 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect punched victim in the head with his fist.

• Jan. 12 — possessing/concealing stolen property, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed a stolen registration plate.
