Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Jan. 20 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim by punching.
• Jan. 20 — harassing phone calls, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Offender repeatedly calling victim.
• Jan. 20 — autobreaking and larceny, 6200 block of Armsburg Road, Clemmons. Suspect entered into an unlocked vehicle and stole a firearm valued at $200.
• Jan. 20 — drug violations, 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia found during a traffic stop.
• Jan. 20 — larceny, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect took Edison lights from caller’s front porch.
• Jan. 21 — disturbance/non-criminal, 6000 block of Southcrest Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person was upset that car was being repossessed.
• Jan. 21 — breaking and entering without force, 900 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Suspect removed personal items valued at $100 from victim’s home.
• Jan. 21 — larceny from building, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Subject took cellphone valued at $400 from a counter.
• Jan. 22 — welfare check, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Husband wanted welfare check on his wife.
• Jan. 22 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Immanuel Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,200.
• Jan. 22 — drug violations, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/River Center, Clemmons. Marijuana found during vehicle search.
• Jan. 23 — fraud, 8000 block of Bridgewood Road, Clemmons. Phone scam was reported.
• Jan. 23 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 2200 block of Cherrywood Drive, Clemmons. Impaired driving offense led to narcotics investigation.
• Jan. 23 — traffic accident, 2200 block of Cherrywood Drive, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with $5,500 damage to vehicle and $300 damage to a mailbox and post.
• Jan. 23 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Offender stole items valued at $21.70 from Dollar General.
• Jan. 23 — drug violations and possessing/concealing weapons, 100 block of Southbound 421/Williams Road Ramp, Lewisville. Cocaine, firearm and cash seized pursuant to a traffic stop.
• Jan. 23 — trespassing, 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Advised subject that he was trespassed from the property.
• Jan. 24 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Offender concealed items and left the Dollar General store.
• Jan. 24 — runaway, 11000 block of South Peacehaven Road, Clemmons. Juvenile ran away from home again.
• Jan. 24 — police service-information provided, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Information provided to medical staff.
• Jan. 24 — disturbance/non-criminal, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was causing a disturbance inside a business.
• Jan. 24 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000 and $3,500.
• Jan. 24 — trespassing, 200 block of Lakeway Drive, Lewisville. Subject refused to leave property after trespassing. Cleared for arrest, Juan Mena Ochoa was charged with second-degree trespassing.
• Jan. 24 — welfare check, 1600 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject has issues with depression.
• Jan. 24 — other liquor law violation, 300 block of Wyntfield Drive, Lewisville. Under 21 subject possessed alcohol.
• Jan. 25 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject operated vehicle while impaired.
• Jan. 25 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Victim shoved outside apartment.
• Jan. 25 — police service-24 hour lock up, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons, 24 hour sober up.
• Jan. 25 — breaking and entering with force, 2800 block of David Street, Clemmons. Suspect forced entry into home and stole items.
• Jan. 25 — police service-non criminal call for service, 2600 block of Knob Hill Drive, Clemmons. Information provide regarding dispute.
• Jan. 26 — welfare check, 6300 block of Armsburg Road, Clemmons. Welfare check was requested by a neighbor.
• Jan. 26 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subjects were fighting during an argument.
• Jan. 26 — resisting arrest, 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Wanted subject attempted to run to avoid arrest. Cleared for arrest, Taylor McRae Styron was charged with failure to appear.
