Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 27 — larceny, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown male took cases of water from outside of the Quality Mart.

• Jan. 26 — weapon on school property, 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Student brought a knife to school.

• Jan. 26 — aggravated assault, 100 block of Eastbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim reported that an offender pointed a gun at her.

• Jan. 27 — traffic accident, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $1,200 damage to both vehicles.

• Jan. 27 — shoplifting, 100 block of Lowes Food Drive, Lewisville. Suspect concealed merchandise in a bag and attempted to leave Lowe’s Foods.

• Jan. 28 — breaking and entering without force, 9000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. House break-in occurred three days prior.

• Jan. 28 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $1,500.

• Jan. 28 — drug violations, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Was reported that two students possibly possessed marijuana.

• Jan. 28 — larceny from building, 5000 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Subject reported medication missing from her home.

• Jan. 28 — police service-information provided, 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject requested assistance in gathering belongings.

• Jan. 28 — breaking and entering with force, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Alarm tripped with exit the same as entry and $5,734.00 of merchandise stolen from Cellular Sales.

• Jan. 28 — unauthorized use of conveyance, 900 block of Thunderwood Court, Lewisville. Victim advised that offender had her truck.

• Jan. 29 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Two subjects were involved in a fist fight.

• Jan. 29 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Disturbance between patients about controlled substances.

• Jan. 29 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Accidental discharge of a taser was reported.

• Jan. 29 — traffic accident, 1000 block of South Peace Haven Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,500.

• Jan. 29 — autobreaking and larceny,  400 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender broke window entering vehicle and stealing items valued at $5,240.

• Jan. 30 — fraud, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Money taken from reporting party’s account.

• Jan. 30 — impersonation, 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Suspect fraudulently filed taxes to receive a refund.

• Jan. 30 — obtaining money by false pretense, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspects stole $2,000 via electronic deception at Walgreens.

• Jan. 30 — missing person, 6600 block of Ridge Run Court, Clemmons. Eighteen-year-old female did not return home after a walk.

• Jan. 30 — welfare check, 6200 block of Langdon Village Court, Clemmons. Made contact with a female who sent questionable emails.

• Jan. 30 — vandalism, 100 block of Blarney Lane, Lewisville. Suspect tampered with community gate wires.

• Jan. 31 — traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,000 and $3,000.

• Jan. 31 — lost property, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject lost credit card which was later found.

• Jan. 31 — driving while impaired, 8000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Offender was operating a vehicle while alcohol remained in body.

• Feb. 1 — death investigation, 7100 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Welfare check requested by a friend.

• Feb. 1 — police service-24 hour lock up, 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Intoxicated male unable to care for self.

• Feb. 1 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offender stole items from Dollar General valued at $14.

• Feb. 2 — disturbance/non-criminal, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Resident upset after getting a cold breakfast.

• Feb. 2 — disturbance/non-criminal, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons bRoad, Clemmons. Subject caused a scene at Walgreens.

• Feb. 2 — paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender possessed two glass smoking pipes. Cleared for arrest, Lisa Davis Hornsby was charged with drug paraphernalia.

• Feb. 2 — police service-non criminal call for service, 200 block of Lakeway Drive, Lewisville. Homeowner invited trespassed male back onto the property.
