Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 10 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect touched waitresses’ face and chest.

• Feb. 10 — traffic accident, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Forest Oak, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,000.

• Feb. 10 — drug violations, 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana found during a vehicle search.

• Feb. 10 — trouble with juvenile, 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Student was acting out on a school bus.

• Feb. 10 — lost/stolen license plate, 1200 block of Forest Wood Drive, Lewisville. Subject had license plate stolen.

• Feb. 11 — traffic accident, 3100 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,500 and $1,800.

• Feb. 11 — traffic accident, 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Three-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500, $2,500 and $1,800.

• Feb. 11 — traffic accident, 6600 block of Village Brook Trail/Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Three-vehicle accident with damages of $10,000, $4,000 and $3,000.

• Feb. 11 — traffic accident, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $3,000.

• Feb. 11 — overdose, 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. An overdose allegedly on heroin.

• Feb. 11 — simple assault-non aggravated assault/drug violations, 6200 block of Armsburg Road, Clemmons. Subject assaulted a deputy and possessed methamphetamine. Cleared for arrest, Brian O’Neal Rose was charged with assault on an officer.

• Feb. 11 — shoplifting, 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Male took a 24 pack alcoholic beverage from Lowes Foods.

• Feb. 11 — missing person, 1700 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road, Lewisville. Subject did not return home from work.

• Feb. 12 — shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole groceries valued at $21.10 from Lowes Foods.

• Feb. 12 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect threatened victim.

• Feb. 12 — vandalism, 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Unknown subject keyed victim’s car.

• Feb. 12 — police service-civil dispute, 1100 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Civil dispute between siblings.

• Feb. 13 — vehicle chase, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Market Center, Clemmons. Suspect led deputies on a vehicle chase through three counties.

• Feb. 13 — fleet vehicle accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Fleet vehicle crash after a pursuit.

• Feb. 13 — fleet vehicle accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Westbound I-40, Clemmons. Suspect rammed a police vehicle during a rolling road block.

• Feb. 13 — unauthorized use of conveyance, 6200 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Suspect borrowed a vehicle without permission.

• Feb. 13 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,000.

• Feb. 13 — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $2,500.

• Feb. 13 — suspicious person, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male made an inappropriate comment to a juvenile.

• Feb. 13 — traffic accident, 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,500 and $2,000.

• Feb. 13 — driving while impaired, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Arbor Run Drive, Lewisville. Subject drove vehicle while impaired.

• Feb. 13 — larceny, 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Suspect stole $100 from victim.

• Feb. 14 — communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Female threatened to shoot another female.

• Feb. 14 — larceny, 5500 block of Loop Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole mail from victim.

• Feb. 14 — communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 4400 block of Quail Hollow Road, Clemmons. Offender threatened to burn victim’s house down.

• Feb. 14 — autobreaking and larceny, 1600 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Unlocked vehicle entered and items taken from within.

• Feb. 14 — police service-information provided, 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Caller wanted to report suspicious activity.

• Feb. 16 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6200 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspect kept putting hands on victim and pushed victim.

• Feb. 16 — overdose, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juvenile consumed Tylenol in attempted suicide.
