The Rotary Club of Clemmons will hold its 26th Annual Reverse Cash Raffle to support its various charities on Saturday, March 21, at the Village Inn Event Center in Clemmons. This is the 26th straight year that the Rotary Club of Clemmons has held a reverse raffle to support its various charities and service projects.

“We’ve given away exotic vacations, motorcycles, cars and $10,000 in cash over the years,” said event chairman Alvin Howard and added, “this is always an exciting event and a great way to help our community.” This year’s grand prize, which will be awarded the evening of the event, will be $7,500.

Tickets to the event are $100 each and can be purchased from any Clemmons Rotarian. “We will be selling a total of 350 tickets, but only 320 tickets will be sold before the event,” said Howard. “Remaining tickets will be available to those in attendance through drawings, games and auctions. Every 15th ticket picked will win $100 cash or have the option to immediately get back into the raffle. When you get down to the last 50 tickets, the excitement grows, tickets are bought, sold and everyone has a great time.”

JR Snider, former on-air personality at 600/WSJS, will be the master of ceremonies. Each ticket includes dinner, two free drinks, super lotto, silent and live auctions, music, games, and opportunities to win prizes throughout the evening and maybe the grand prize of $7,500.

Tickets are currently available from any Clemmons Rotarian. You can also contact Jorge Vidal at 336-420-6892 or jorge.vidal.pice@statefarm.com. All proceeds from the event go to support local as well as international Rotary service projects.
