Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• March 9 — traffic accident, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $600 damage to one vehicle.

• March 9 — traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $2,000.

• March 9 — counterfeiting, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Walmart Neighborhood Market discovered counterfeit bills during an audit.

• March 10 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,500 and $1,000.

• March 10 — shoplifting, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offenders concealed items at Lowe’s Foods and left the store.

• March 10 — police service-assist agency, 8700 block of Willowmede Drive, Lewisville. Lewisville Fire Department dispatched to fire that seemed suspicious.  

• March 10 — fraud, 5300 block of Hidden Stream Drive, Lewisville. Reported fraud for report number claim.

• March 10 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 100 block of Ridgebury Court, Lewisville. Transported male to hospital for involuntary commitment.

• March 11 — larceny from building, 6900 block of Village Medical Center, Clemmons. Subject stole wallet from the victim’s office.

• March 11 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $800.

• March 11 — driving while impaired, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Driver was operating vehicle while impaired.

• March 11 — traffic accident, 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $1,200.

• March 12 — suspicious vehicle, 1000 block of Glen Day Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle located during alarm call for service.

• March 12 — breaking and entering with force, 600 block of Ravenhill Court, Clemmons. Suspect entered sunroom.

• March 12 — traffic accident, 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $2,500 damages to both vehicles.

• March 12 — found property, 6200 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. License plate found on roadside.

• March 12 — public service-non criminal call for service, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Reporting person complained of noise coming out of apartment.

• March 12 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Intoxicated hotel guest assaulted another guest.

• March 13 — drug violations/resisting arrest, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed drugs. Cleared for arrest, Bobby Ezekielclaude Montgomery was charged with possession of drugs.

• March 13 — police service-civil dispute, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party’s car was damaged in the car wash.

• March 13 — drug violations, 6200 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject possessed marijuana.

• March 14 — police service-attempted suicide, 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subject attempted suicide.

• March 14 — communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject repeatedly called rest home to harass and threaten employees.

• March 14 — harassment (non-criminal), 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Reporting person stated multiple people harassing her over Facebook.

• March 14 — trouble with juvenile, 1400 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Juveniles were throwing eggs at vehicles.

• March 14 — police service-assist agency, 200 block of Scott Road, Lewisville. Female juvenile was bit in the face by her dog.

• March 15 — locate wanted person, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Marty Lane, Lewisville. Located wanted subjects while on a traffic stop.

• March 15 — drug violations, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Marty Lane, Clemmons. Located marijuana on subject while conducting a search.

• March 15 — police service-assist agency, 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject crashed into woods.
