Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• March 16 — traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $800.

• March 16 — police service-assist agency, 100 block of Westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject wrecked vehicle.

• March 16 — harassment (non-criminal), 900 block of River Gate Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect took an explicit video of victim.

• March 17 — autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Suspect broke back window to gain entry into vehicle.

• March 17 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,500.

• March 17 — blackmail/extortion, 6600 block of Rollingwood Drive, Clemmons. Subject had pictures and video of the victim and threatened to send them to his family.

• March 17 — traffic accident, 4400 block of Hampton Road/Idols Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,800.

• March 17 — paraphernalia-possessing/concealing, 100 block of Southbound U.S. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana paraphernalia seized pursuant to a traffic stop. Cleared for arrest, Joseph Tyler Elam was arrested for drug paraphernalia.

• March 17 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1400 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Person reporting was concerned he had been involved in a fraud.

• March 17 — shoplifting, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender grabbed cigarette cartons of of counter at Kangaroo Express and ran.

• March 17 — police service-information provided, 1000 block of Meadows Edge Road, Clemmons. Scam phone call was received.

• March 17 — overdose, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Subject attempted to overdose on medicine.

• March 17 — drug violations, 100 block of Northbound U.S. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject possessed marijuana. Cleared for arrest, John Eli Cosajay was charged with drug possession-Schedule VI.

• March 17 — K-9 activity/violation of auto law/vehicle chase, 100 block of Northbound U.S. 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject ran from an attempted traffic stop.

• March 18 — use of force, 8500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Deputy discharged two duty rounds into an aggressive, charging dog.

• March 18 — larceny, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspect took phone from victim without paying full price.

• March 18 — drug violations, 6300 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Offender was speeding and had marijuana and a glass bowl in possession. Cleared for arrest, Morgan Elisabeth Bacon was charged with drug possession Schedule VI.

• March 18 — larceny, 1300 block of Meadowgate Lane, Lewisville. Suspect took Fedex package from victim’s front porch.

• March 19 — police service-fraud, 100 block of Bickerstaff Road, Clemmons. Female sent cash by Fedex to unknown subject.

• March 19 — vandalism, 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Subject headbutted wall out of frustration/mental illness.

• March 19 — police service-assist agency, 6700 block of Castleton Drive, Clemmons. House was on fire and subject thought someone was still inside.

• March 19 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Patient pushed caregiver.

• March 20 — overdose, 1600 block of Harper Spring Drive, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on heroin.

• March 20 — fraud, 100 block of Almont Forest Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject attempted to fraud reporting person.

• March 20 — traffic accident, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,500.

• March 21 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject took items from the Quality Mart.

• March 21 — larceny from auto, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Man discovered that a temporary license plate has been stolen from vehicle.

• March 21 — counterfeiting/drug violations, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed narcotics and weapons.

• March 21 — police service-information provided, 3000 block of Panther Ridge Lane, Lewisville. Homeowner requested report about land surveying.

• March 21 — use of force, 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Deputy euthanized an injured deer.

• March 22 — larceny from building, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole beer from the Quality Mart.

• March 21 — police service-civil dispute, 200 block of North Street, Lewisville. Subject violated a 50-C no-contact order.
