Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 13 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $10,000 and $4,000.

• April 13 — police-service-information provided, 4400 block of Quail Hollow Road, Clemmons. Assisted ACO in death of duck by neighbor’s dog.

• April 13 — police service-non-criminal call for service, 5700 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Unknown subject may have used his PayPal account.

• April 13 — obtaining money by false pretense, 4500 block of River Gate Drive, Clemmons. Subject obtained money by false pretenses.

• April 13 — simple assault-non-aggravated assault, 5700 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Victim assaulted with belt.

• April 13 — suspicious vehicle, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle fled a parking lot.

• April 13 — stolen vehicle from another jurisdiction, 400 block of Conrad Road, Lewisville. Stolen vehicle recovered from roadside.

• April 14 — suspicious person, 100 block of Whitmore Cove Court, Clemmons. Person seen on caller’s property via camera.

• April 14 — police service-security check, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Possible skimmer located on an ATM.

• April 14 — paraphernalia/driving while license revoked, 6200 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded a drug violation.

• April 14 — drug violations, 600 block of Westleigh Drive, Lewisville. Subject was in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

• April 14 — police service-custody dispute, 100 block of Ridgebury Drive, Lewisville. Subjects were having a disagreement over a child’s custody.

• April 15 — drug violations/violation of auto law, 100 block of Westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Offender was in possession of marijuana. Cleared for arrest, Javier Marques Adams was charged with misdemeanor drug possession.

• April 15 — simple assault-non-aggravated assault, 600 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Simple assault between residents.

• April 15 — breaking and entering/civil dispute, 3000 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Civil dispute over ownership of a motorcycle.

• April 15 — disturbance-non criminal, 1500 block of Brookway West Circle, Lewisville. Verbal disagreement about property at a residence.

• April 16 — autobreaking and larceny/credit card ATM fraud, 200 block of Northtrail  Road, Clemmons. Subject broke in and took valuables valued at more than $1,600.

• April 16 — welfare check, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Subject received concerning voicemail.

• April 17 — trespassing, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Suspect refused to leave.

• April 17 — drug violations, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana.

• April 17 — suspicious person, 5800 block of Phillips Bridge Road, Lewisville. Subject was seen in the area.

• April 18 — drug violations, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.

• April 18 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim by throwing punches.

• April 19 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Suspect drove a vehicle while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Greggery Todd Johnsen was charged with misdemeanor possession of drugs.

• April 19 — police service-civil dispute, 200 block of North Street, Lewisville. Ongoing civil dispute.
