Carrie Rebecca Davenport, of Denver, Colorado, and John Patrick Maloney, of Arvada, Colorado, were united in marriage on Friday, April 17.

The bride is the daughter of Allan and Susan Davenport of Winston-Salem. She is a graduate from West Forsyth High School, and graduated with a degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is employed as a certified medical surgical nurse at the Children’s Hospital in Aurora, Colorado.

The groom is the son of Kevin Maloney and Pat Maloney Sobek of Loveland, Colorado. He is a graduate of Loveland High School in Colorado. He graduated from Colorado School of the Mines with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering and technology management. He is employed by the Gaming Laboratories International in Denver, Colorado.

The couple has postponed a wedding trip until after the coronavirus.
