Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 11 — Civil dispute, 6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Dispute occurred between roommates.

• May 11 — vandalism, 200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subject sprayed graffiti on building.

• May 12 — larceny, 6600 block of Village Brook Trail, Clemmons. Offender stole victim’s chainsaw.

• May 13 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 to each vehicle.

• May 13 — shoplifting, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender took items from Walgreens and fled.

• May 13 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $10,000 and $4,500.

• May 14 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Victim owed offender money for drugs.

• May 14 — shoplifting, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender took items from Goodwill without paying and items were recovered.

• May 14 — police service-non criminal call for service, 900 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject witnessed a person entering an apartment through the window.

• May 15 — discharging firearm, 6300 block of Gough Court, Clemmons. Someone fired two rounds.

• May 15 — disorderly conduct/trespassing, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Trespassing suspect acted disorderly towards law enforcement. Cleared for arrest, Jerry Lee Crews was charged with disorderly conduct.

• May 15 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $300 and $100.

• May 15 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 and $800.

• May 15 — police service-non criminal call for service, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting person wanted a truck removed from property.

• May 15 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 to each vehicle.

• May 15 — counterfeiting-using, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject passed counterfeit bill at the Walmart Neighborhood Market.

• May 16 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $1,000.

• May 17 — police service-assist agency, 8100 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Assisted another agency with a child abuse case.

• May 17 — drug violations/possessing-concealing tax paid liquor, 100 block of Westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons.  Traffic stop yielded a drug violation.

• May 17 — breaking and entering with force, 6200 block of James Street, Clemmons. Subject left residence after the reporting party arrived.

• May 17 — drug violations, 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect had illegal drug narcotics.

• May 17 — 900 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Victim’s window was removed from frame.
