Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 18 — traffic accident, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $200 to each vehicle.

• May 18 — larceny from building, 5000 block of Windsbury Ridge Road, Clemmons. Subject took couch without paying.

• May 18 — larceny from auto, 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Subject stole sticker from a license plate.

• May 19 — traffic accident, 100 block of Westwood Village, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $1,800.

• May 20 — drug violations, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject was in possession of marijuana.

• May 20 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $800.

• May 20 — drug violations, 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia found at a traffic stop. Cleared for arrest, Mathew Louis Jones was charged with possession of marijuana.

• May 21 — suspicious person, 6300 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject seen walking through yard.

• May 22 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 3700 block of Dillon Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Communicating threats left on voicemail.

• May 22 — police service-non criminal call for service, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Postal vehicle found vandalized.

• May 23 — attempted suicide, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Depressed individual.
