Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 25 — trouble with neighbor, 6700 block of Forest Oak Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person complained about the neighbor’s dog.

• May 25 — obtaining money by false pretense, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting person reported that a customer was unable to pay for his food at Mi Pueblo.

• May 25 — autobreaking and larceny, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Offender removed items valued at $2,750 from out of an unlocked vehicle.

• May 25 — runaway, 600 block of Pepperidge Road, Lewisville  Foster child ran away from foster home.

• May 26 — driving while impaired, 100 block of Westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Speeding driver operated a vehicle while impaired.  Cleared for arrest, Christopher Ryan Carter was charged with impaired driving DWI.

• May 26 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Male struck in face by acquaintance.

• May 27 — drug violations, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Westbound I-40, Clemmons. Traffic stop produced a controlled substance violation. Cleared for arrest, Elliot Dwayne Wright was charged with possession of marijuana.

• May 27 — indecent exposure, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting person saw an unidentified subject masturbating.

• May 27 — police service-information provided, 1300 block of Meadowgate Lane, Lewisville. Male reported a political scam.

• May 28 — welfare check, 400 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Female acting strange outside the caller’s front door.

• May 29 — Traffic accident, 3800 block of Harper Road/Lasater Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $2,000.

• May 29 — runaway, 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile left home and has not returned.

• May 29 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville/Clemmons Road/Eastbound I-40. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000 and $800.

• May 29 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive/Idols Road, Clemmons. Single-vehicle accident with damage of $750.

• May 29 — communicating threats, intimidation non-physical threat, 1400 block of Glen Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person received text messages and phone calls asking for money.

• May 30 — police service-non criminal call for service, 2000 block of Chandler Place, Clemmons. Vehicle missing from parking lot.

• May 30 — police service-non criminal call for service, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle damaged by asphalt in parking lot.

• May 30 — drug violations, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Narcotics found in bathroom at Circle K with unknown owner.

• May 30 — breaking and entering with force, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Back door of Pizza Hut broken into by force.
