Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 1 — welfare check, 100 block of River Crest Court, Clemmons. Female was upset and threatened to run away from a group home.

• June 1 — larceny from auto, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Reporting person’s vehicle wheel was found missing.

• June 1 — vandalism, 6200 block of Clementine Drive, Clemmons. Suspects damaged fence to repossess auto.

• June 1 — traffic accident, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $1,500.

• June 1 — autobreaking and larceny, 1500 block of Kenwalt, Drive, Clemmons. Handgun stolen from vehicle.

• June 1 — traffic accident, 3500 block of Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,000 and $5,000.

• June 1 — trouble with neighbor, 6800 block of Hanesbrook Circle/Weststone Road, Clemmons. Dispute between neighbors.

• June 1 — trouble with neighbor, 5500 block of Misty Hill Circle, Clemmons. Caller believed that neighbor swerved at him.

• June 1 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6100 block of Quinn Street, Clemmons. Reporting person believed someone was trying to get in her house.

• June 1 — overdose, 6200 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on heroin.

• June 1 — welfare check, 100 block of Whitmore Cove Court, Clemmons, Reporting person stated his wife threatened to kill herself.

• June 2, traffic accident, 2900 block of Middlebrook Drive/Doublegate Drive, Clemmons. Single-vehicle accident with $1,200 damage to vehicle.

• June 2 — vandalism, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Parking lot was spray painted at K&W Cafeteria.

• June 2 — harassing phone calls, 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Subject called Clemmons Village II over and over.

• June 3, police service-non criminal call for service, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person wished to report being taken home by an unknown male from a restaurant.

• June 3 — lost property, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject allegedly left medication in a hotel room.

• June 3 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $1,800.

• June 3 — traffic accident, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $2,500.

• June 4 — police service-assist agency, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assisted Davie County Sheriff’s Office with a chase.

• June 4 — larceny from auto, 6300 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject stole catalytic from TJ’s Body Shop.

• June 4 — police service-information provided, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle damage happened at an unknown location.

• June 4 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Assaulted victim by waving fists.

• June 4 — disturbance/non-criminal, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal argument over food.

• June 5 — police service-non criminal call for service, 8000 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Basement door was found to be open.

• June 5 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,800.

• June 5 — larceny, 600 block of Drumheller Road, Clemmons. Juvenile females caught stealing yard sign.

• June 5 — threatening suicide, 6200 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Subject told parents she was was going to end it all tonight.

• June 5 — vandalism, 200 block of Fairhaven Road, Lewisville. Subject damaged a parking lot pole.

• June 5 — police service-civil dispute, 900 block of Crafton Creek Road, Lewisville. Caller wished to report a denied claim for a new roof.

• June 5 — welfare check, 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Employee concerned for the safety of a customer.

• June 6 — drug violations/driving while impaired, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject operated a vehicle while impaired and in possession of illegal narcotics. Cleared for arrest, Sommer Marie Heffner was charged with possession of drugs Schedule I.

• June 6 — police service-assist agency, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Drunk subject found lying on the side of the road.

• June 6 — police service-information provided, 9600 block of Lissara Camp Court, Lewisville. Resident was operating an ATV in an HOA restricted area.

• June 6 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle. Women with memory loss issued missing report.

• June 6 — drug violations, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was arrested for the possession of a controlled substance.  Cleared for arrest, Martin Jay Bailey was charged with possession of drugs Schedule II.

• June 7 — drug violations/resisting arrest/possession or concealing weapons, 100 block of Southbound 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject refused to stop for a traffic violation. Cleared for arrest, Samantha Faith Denny was charged with possession of drugs Schedule II.
