Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 8 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,500 and $2,500.

• June 8 — fraud, 3800 block of Tangle Oak Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject used credit card in Wisconsin.

• June 8 — shoplifting, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject stole two cases of beer from Speedway.

• June 9 —  traffic accident, 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive/Idols Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accidentally with damages of $2,000 to each vehicle.

• June 9 — welfare check, 3300 block of Brookland Drive, Clemmons. Welfare check of person.

• June 9 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6900 block of Prairie Grove Drive, Clemmons. Landlord assaulted tenant over civil matter.

• June 9 — police service-information provided, 1500 block of Trinity Garden Circle, Clemmons. Unknown subject took photos of police officers residence.

• June 9 — drug violations/using-consuming tax-paid liquor, 100 block of Westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Schedule IV pills and paraphernalia seized pursuant to traffic stop. Cleared for arrest, Sean David Macfarlane was charged with open container.

• June 9 — police service-information provided, 100 block of Club House Circle, Clemmons. Caller reported damaged golf cart during standard use at Tanglewood Park.

• June 9 — civil dispute, 700 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Disagreement over property lines.

• June 10 — drug violations, 5800 block of Marty Lane/King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations. Cleared for arrest, Travis Gamar Williams was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• June 10 — traffic accident, 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,800 and $100.

• June 10 — traffic accident, 3900 block of Harper Road/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $2,500.

• June 10 — fraud, 1500 block of Bethesda Wood Lane, Clemmons. Subject was scammed.

• June 10 — welfare check, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Checked on welfare of a juvenile.

• June 10 — fleet vehicle accident, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Ran into mailbox post.

• June 10 — information provided, 900 block of Ridge Gate Drive, Lewisville. Female gave address to an unknown individual on a phone app.

• June 10 — information provided, 6500 block of La Grande Place, Lewisville. Someone tampered with mail prior to receiving a parcel.

• June 11 — trespassing, 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Subject trespassing on town property after hours.

• June 11 — welfare check, 2100 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Doctor wanted welfare check on patient and children.

• June 11 — drug violations and possession/concealing weapons, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Motor vehicle violation and possession of marijuana.

• June 11 — drug violations, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject was in possession of marijuana.  Cleared for arrest, Michael Leonard Adams was charged with misdemeanor possession of drugs.

• June 11 — non-criminal call for service, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Mail carrier observed baggie of marijuana in a mailbox.

• June 12 — automobile theft, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Utility trailer stolen from a parking lot.

• June 12 — fraud, 3500 block of Burnley Drive, Clemmons. Subject noticed unknown transactions on a credit card.

• June 12 — vandalism, 3500 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Unknown subject damaged a mailbox.

• June 12 — hit and run accident, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two vehicles involved with damages of $3,500 and $2,500.

• June 13 — automobile theft, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole vehicle from a parking lot.

• June 13 — disturbance/non-criminal, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subjects got into an argument at a hotel and were asked to leave.

• June 13 — security check, 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject reported hearing a large splash at a retention pond.

• June 13 — autobreaking and larceny, 200 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Unknown subject stole items valued at over $6,000 out of vehicle.

• June 13 — vandalism, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Driver side tire was slashed while parked at residence.

• June 13 — autobreaking and larceny/automobile theft, 100 block of Ballyhoo Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect(s) stole items from vehicle and stole a vehicle.

• June 13 — suspicious person, 5200 block of Hidden Stream Drive, Lewisville. Caller reported a suspicious person messing with her vehicle.  

• June 13 — larceny of gas, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Male drove off without paying for gas at Four Brothers Amoco.

• June 13 — found property, 200 block of Bradford Lake Court, Lewisville. Subject found items in a bush in his yard.

• June 13 — threatening suicide, 100 block of Covington Place, Lewisville. Concerned Uber driver called into to report a suicide threat.

• June 13 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 300 block of Cedarbrook Trail, Lewisville. Subjects had a physical altercation.

• June 14 — simple assault-non aggravated assault/vandalism, 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subjects assaulted victim and vandalized car.

• June 14 — death investigation, 1600 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Male committed suicide by firearm.

• June 14 — shoplifting, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Male stole alcohol from Four Brothers Amoco.
