Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 15 — autobreaking and larceny, 2500 block of Innisfail Lane, Clemmons. Items stolen from unblocked vehicle overnight.

• June 15 — drug violations, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Offenders possessed and marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. Cleared for arrest, Kaliya Cierra McDowell and De Ante Ovian Whiter-Johnson were charged with drug possession-schedule VI.

• June 15 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,800 and $1,000.

• June 15 — trouble with neighbor, 100 block of Tullyries Lane, Lewsiville. Male wanted to report comments made by neighbor.  

• June 15 — police service, 1000 block of Chockecherry Lane, Lewisville. Assisted WSPD with making contact on a possible suspect.

• June 16 — locate wanted person, 1500 block of Langdon Village Drive, Clemmons. Located a wanted subject.  

• June 16 — disturbance/non-criminal, 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Female punched a wall at Mossy’s causing injury to her hand.

• June 16 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 3700 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Subject took prescription pills to attempt to end life.

• June 16 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 200 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Suspect threatened via text message.

• June 16 — found property, 9000 block of Hounds Ridge Road, Lewisville. Mailman found marijuana in the mailbox. 

• June 16 — blackmail/extortion, 8300 block of Tuscany Drive, Lewisville. Subject threatened to spread nudes of another subject.

• June 16 — attempted suicide, 1000 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Male caused deep laceration to his own wrist.

• June 17 — disorderly conduct, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect yelled and cussed in a restaurant.

• June 17 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Reporting person wished to report her mother paying for an insurance policy.

• June 17 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 to each vehicle.

• June 17 — domestic disturbance, 800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Argument via text between grandmother and granddaughter.

• June 17 — fraud, 7100 block of Marshall Road, Lewisville. Subject gave out personal information.

• June 18 — possessing/concealing stolen property, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stolen license plate was recovered off a vehicle.

• June 18 — fraud, 1500 block of Kenwalt Drive, Clemmons. Person provided an unknown subject with social security number.

• June 18 — overdose, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject overdosed.

• June 18 — autobreaking and larceny, 600 block of Westleigh Drive, Lewisville. Unlocked vehicles entered and items valued at $950 were stolen from inside.

• June 19 — autobreaking and larceny, 3700 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Subject’s vehicle was broken into.

• June 19 — drug violations, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.

• June 19 — communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim was threatened by offender.

• June 19 — traffic accident, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $1,000.

• June 19 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $1,200.

• June 19 — drug violations/locate wanted person, 1600 block of Harper Springs Road, Clemmons. A 911 hang-up led to narcotic investigation. Cleared for arrest, Benji Lee Barker was arrested for possession of drugs-schedule II and Samantha Walls was arrested for failure to appear.

• June 19 — tampering with vehicle, 100 block of Sedgewick Ridge Court, Lewisville. Subject entered vehicle and tampered with items within.

• June 19 — autobreaking and larceny, 7200 block of Courtney Glen Lane, Lewisville. Unlocked vehicles entered and rummaged through.

• June 19 — autobreaking and larceny, 7300 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Suspects broke into several vehicles in the area.

• June 19 — autobreaking and larceny, 900 block of Brookway Ridge Road, Lewisville. Subject entered vehicle of victim and took personal property from inside.

• June 19 — autobreaking and larceny, 300 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Subjects broke into multiple vehicles.

• June 20 — police service-24 hour lock up, 2400 block of Eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Intoxicated subject located on ground beside interstate. 

• June 20 — lost property, 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject left phone in Uber car.

• June 20 — simple assault-non aggravated assault/resisting arrest, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender kicked deputy while resisting arrest.

• June 21 — fraud/lost property, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject lost his wallet and someone is using his debit card.

• June 21 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1600 block of Havenbrook Court, Clemmons. Shot deer for humane reasons.

• June 21 — domestic disturbance, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Argument between mother and son.

• June 21 — drug violations, 6100 block of Charlene Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana found during a vehicle search.
