Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 6 — police service-information  provided, 5100 block of Ivy Trace Court, Clemmons. Surry County Social Services sent in a report of child abuse.

• July 6 — traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmon Road/Westbound I-40, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000 and $100.

• July 6 — possessing/concealing stolen property/drug violations, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Stolen gun and drugs found during a disturbance.

• July 6 — disorderly conduct, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Male yelled and cursed at another to antagonize a fight.

• July 6 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,500 and $4,000.

• July 6 — disturbance/non-criminal, 300 block of Slater Road, Lewisville. Mailman harassed by homeowner for turning around in yard.

• July 7 — police service-non criminal call for service, 6200 block of Arden Circle, Clemmons. Reporting person no longer wanted her healthcare workers to come to her residence.

• July 7 — drug violations, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drugs located on gas station floor.

• July 7 — police service-assist agency, 900 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. County Fire requested help for an impaired patient.

• July 8 — breaking and entering without force, 9200 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Offender stole A/C unit from window and tools.

• July 8 — police service-information provided, 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Information provided concerning sharing of photographs.

• July 9 — welfare check, 8000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Checked on elderly person.

• July 9 — welfare check, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown male refused to take young lady home.

• July 9 — security check, 1700 block of Pecan Manor Lane, Lewisville. Individual was putting business cards in driveways.

• July 9 — police service-non criminal call for service/employee injury, 1400 block of Twilight Court, Lewisville. Employee injured during encounter with a possible rabies-infected animal.

• July 10 — shoplifting, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Cigarettes stolen from Walgreens.

• July 10 — drug violations, 3900 block of Clemmons Road/Asbury Place Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia located during a traffic stop.

• July 10 — breaking and entering with force, 2300 block of McKinnon Court, Clemmons. Victim’s front door was forced open and items taken.

• July 11 — fleet vehicle accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Deputy struck machine backing into a parking space.

• July 11 — welfare check, 7400 block of Shallowford Road/Hauser Road, Lewisville. Male found on roadside crying.

• July 11 — threatening suicide, 200 block of Lakeway Drive, Lewisville. Subject sent threats about himself to the reporting person.

• July 12 — trouble with neighbor, 6600 block of Rollingwood Drive, Clemmons. Neighbors dispute about a stop sign.

• July 12 — trouble with neighbor, 4800 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Neighbor was driving an off-road vehicle on property.

• July 12 — alarm, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located an open door during business alarm.

• July 12 — threatening suicide, 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Checked the welfare of a possible suicidal person.

• July 12 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 100 block of Village Club Lane, Clemmons. Subject was taken into custody on an emergency commitment.

• July 12 — autobreaking and larceny, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juvenile was seen on camera entering into an unlocked vehicle.

• July 12 — involuntary commitment, 7500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Juvenile male attempted to jump into traffic.
