Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 13 — aggravated assault, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect pointed a handgun at the victim while driving down Eastbound I-40.

• July 13 — trouble with neighbor, 5500 block of Marty lane, Clemmons. Neighbor was driving recklessly in the neighborhood.

• July 13 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 damage to each vehicle.

• July 13 — suspicious person, 100 block of Sonata Drive, Lewisville. Unknown female came to a caller’s house.

• July 13 — vandalism, 200 block of Northbound 421, Lewisville. Subject broke rear view mirror of victim’s vehicle.

• July 15 — suspicious vehicle, 5900 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Woman wanted to report a suspicious vehicle at her residence.

• July 14 — vandalism, 400 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Argument between neighbors over relationships.

• July 14 — police service-assist agency, 1600 block of Bla-Mor Lane, Lewisville. Subject was drunk and his wife was worried.

• July 14 — police service-information provided, 800 block of Sweet Bay Court, Lewisville. Individual was being harassed in Iredell County.

• July 14 — misuse of 911, 3300 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject misused 911.

• July 14 — trouble with neighbor, 3300 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Neighbors were in an argument over an alleged assault.

• July 14 — security check, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individuals were sitting in a parking lot.

• July 14 — vandalism, 300 block of Fox Ridge Circle, Lewisville. Graffiti on vehicles, driveway and home with damages of $3,500.

• July 14 — vandalism, 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Individual damaged vehicle with damage of $900.

• July 15 — possessing/concealing stolen property, 900 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Traffic stop initiated due to vehicle entered stolen in the NCIC.

• July 15 — drug violations, 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Mother located marijuana inside son’s vehicle.

• July 15 — driving while impaired, 6500 block of Lake Dale Way, Clemmons. Driver was operating a vehicle while impaired.

• July 15 — vandalism, 300 block of Fox Ridge Circle, Lewisville. Graffiti on vehicles, driveway and home with damages of $3,500.

• July 15 — vandalism, 300 block of Fox Ridge Circle, Lewisville. Graffiti on vehicles, driveway and home with damages of $3,500.

• July 15 — disturbance/non criminal, 3300 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject was yelling at the reporting person.

• July 15 — vandalism, 5500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject broke a bar on a door at Forsyth Country Day School and multiple subjects were trespassing.

• July 16 — drug violations, 100 block of Southbound 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop produced a violation of controlled  substance act.

• July 16 — driving while impaired, 100 block of Northbound 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Jeffrey Scott Knott was charged with impaired driving DWI.

• July 16 — police service-assist agency, 700 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Assisted the Highway Patrol with a wreck.

• July 17 — civil dispute, 900 block of Salem Glen Court, Clemmons. Subject paid to have bathroom remodeled and subject never came back.

• July 17 — traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with $500 damage to one vehicle.

• July 17 — traffic accident, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $2,000.

• July 17 — vandalism, 900 block of Ridge Gate Drive, Lewisville. Victim discovered egg thrown at house.

• July 17 — communicating threats, intimidation non-physical, 5000 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Offender threatened to beat up victim.

• July 18 — burglary non forced/concealed weapon/disorderly conduct, 6200 block of Ramada Lane, Clemmons. Subject stole victim’s money, acted disorderly and carried a concealed weapon. Cleared for arrest, Eric Jordan was charged with a concealed weapon.

• July 18 — vandalism, 1400 block of Sir Charles Drive, Clemmons. Damage was discovered on victim’s left side window frame.

• July 18 — lost property, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmon. Caller reported a lost wallet.

• July 19 — suspicious person. 5000 block of Mallard Trail, Clemmons. Suspicious activity reported.

• July 19 — non-criminal call for service, 200 block of Arrow Leaf Court, Lewisville. Caller wanted to report someone building a small structure on their land.
