Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 20 — stolen auto from another jurisdiction, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Stolen vehicle was located and recovered.

• July 20 — police service-non criminal call for service, 5900 block of James Street, Clemmons. Community medicine drop.

• July 20 — traffic accident, 3900 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $7,000 and $4,000.

• July 20 — traffic accident, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $1,200.

• July 20 — police service-civil dispute, 100 block of Ivywood Court, Lewisville. Civil dispute occurred over property.

• July 20 — police service-welfare check, 7000 block of Marshall Road, Lewisville. Checked on the welfare of a subject.

• July 21 — sex offender violation, 1700 block of Harper Spring Road, Clemmons. Registered sex offender failed to disclose an online identifier.

• July 21 — traffic accident, 1400 block of South Peace Haven Road/Lasater Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,800 and $1,200.

• July 21 — paraphernalia, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug paraphernalia.

• July 22 — fraud/identity theft, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Employee stole personal information from victim to fraud/impersonate.

• July 22 — trouble with neighbor, 2500 block of Knob Hill Road, Clemmons. Neighbors argued about a dog not being on a leash.

• July 22 — trespassing, 5400 block of Dock Davis Road/Idols Road, Clemmons. Kids were swimming in the river.

• July 23 — vandalism, 3100 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Victim advised that his flag had been vandalized.

• July 23 — attempted suicide, 6100 block of Sunny Brook Drive, Clemmons. Person attempted suicide by hanging.

• July 23 — police service-assist agency, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assisted N.C. State Highway Patrol with a fatal vehicle collision.

• July 23 — counterfeiting/using, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject used counterfeit bill at Stadium Tobacco and Vape.

• July 23 — overdose, 1000 block of Salem Village Lane, Clemmons. Female overdosed.

• July 23 — police service-information provided, 200 block of Dorse Road, Lewisville. Subject locked himself inside of a resident’s property fence.

• July 24 — traffic accident, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,000 and $3,000.

• July 24 — overdose, 2100 block of Weststone Road, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on an unknown subject.

• July 24 — automobile theft, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole vehicle valued at $8,000 from a parking lot.

• July 25 — simple assault-non aggravated assault/resisting arrest, 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim by punching.

• July 25 — drug violations, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana located during a traffic stop.

• July 26 — vandalism, 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject broke several windows at a residence.

• July 26 — overdose, 4500 block of Bridgewater Drive, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on an unknown subject.

• July 26 — police service-welfare check, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Welfare check done on a subject wearing a hospital gown.

• July 26 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Elderly female walked away from a nursing home.

• July 26 — police service-information provided, 100 block of Ridgebury Court, Lewisville. Mother believed that her son’s father was abusing him.
