Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 27 — domestic disturbance, 6300 block of Allegacy Way/Eagle Lane, Clemmons. Verbal argument between girlfriend and boyfriend.

• July 27 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 7000 block of Kenbridge Lane, Clemmons. Person verbally assaulted and called a racial slur while on delivery.

• July 27 — larceny, 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole money from a victim.

• July 27 — trespassing, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects were trespassing on Circle K Food Store property.

• July 27 — drug violations, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Drugs located by jail staff.

• July 27 — breaking and entering with force, 5900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Front door.

• July 28 — credit card/ATM fraud, 2700 block of Knob Hill Road, Clemmons. Money removed from an account in another state.

• July 28 — disturbance/non criminal, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was upset and made comments about a shooting spree in store.

• July 28 — breaking and entering with force, 5700 block of Gayray Street, Clemmons. Window broken, house entered and appliance valued at $4,500 were stolen.

• July 28 — police service-information provided, 1400 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject wanted inappropriate pictures sent to him by a minor.

• July 28 — threatening suicide, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Subject threatened to commit suicide.

• July 29 — shoplifting, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects stole clothing from Goodwill.

• July 29 — vandalism, 100 block of Shallowford Reserve Drive, Lewisville. Vehicle window damaged during daytime.

• July 29 — discharging firearm, 700 block of Woodview Ridge Trail, Lewisville. Caller reports hearing gunshots.

• July 30 — non-criminal call for service, 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject refused to leave hotel.

• July 30 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole frozen shrimp from Food Lion.

• July 30 — traffic accident, 5800 block of Marty Lane/King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 to each vehicle.

• July 30 — suspicious person, 6900 block of Village Medical Drive Circle, Clemmons. Subject checked doors to the hospital to see if any were unlocked.

• July 30 — drug violations, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana located during a traffic stop.

• July 30 — police service-domestic standby, 800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Domestic disturbance between parties.

• July 31 — Police service-attempt suicide, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Individual attempted suicide by taking medication.

• July 31 — Threatening suicide, 100 block of River Oaks Court, Clemmons. Subject threatened suicide.

• Aug. 1 — Police service-welfare check, 6200 block of Armsburg Road, Clemmons. Subject wondered away from home.

• Aug. 2 — Communication threats-intimidation, non-physical, 6200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Victim was threatened by the suspect.
