Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 25 — Hit-and-run accident, 1500 block of Kenwalt Dr., Clemmons.

• Aug. 25 — Police service-assist agency, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject walked away from nursing home.

• Aug. 26 — Drug violations, 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Traffic stop yield drug violation.

• Aug. 26 — Violation of city/county ordinance, firearm-related, 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Subject violated town ordinance.

• Aug. 26 — FCSO/police service-fraud, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party noticed an unusual charge on his account.

• Aug. 26 — Unauthorized use of conveyance, 9000 block of Hollydate Road, Clemmons. Man let friend use car and she never returned it.

• Aug. 26 — FCSO Police service-information provided, 5400 block of Misty Hill Cr., Clemmons. Female stated male was stalking her.

• Aug. 27 — Simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Stadium Dr., Clemmons. Male assaulted another male by punching.

• Aug. 27 — Traffic accident, 100 block of Harper Road/westbound I-40, Clemmons.

• Aug. 27 — Simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6300 block of Amp Dr., Clemmons. Offender assaulted victim by hitting her with a bottle.

• Aug. 28 — Traffic accident, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons.

• Aug. 28 — Hit-and-run accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 28 — FCSO— Harassment (non-criminal), 7900 block of Peak Road, Clemmons. Subject came on to property and posted no trespassing signs.

• Aug. 28 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6400 block of Ferry View Ln., Lewisville. Individual(s) entered vehicles removing items.

• Aug. 28 — Autobreaking and larceny, 7600 block of Yadkinville Road, Lewisville. Victims had items stolen out of vehicle.

• Aug. 28 — Other liquor law violation, 900 block of Montrached Ct., Lewisville. Neighbor reported underage drinking.   

• Aug. 29 — Death investigation, 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Subject found slumped over and not breathing by brother.

• Aug. 29 — Trespassing, 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Subject was trespassed from location after arguing with manager.

• Aug. 30 — Obtaining money for false pretense, 300 block of Craver Pointe Dr., Clemmons. Reporting party was scammed on Craigslist with renting a house.

• Aug. 30 — Shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male and female walked out of store with food items without paying.

• Aug. 30 — FCSO/Police service-welfare check, 8300 block of Cheval St., Clemmons. Subject having issues in her group home.

• Aug. 30 — FCSO, All other-animal related, 5400 block of Nestleway Dr., Clemmons. Two dogs found.

• Aug. 31 — Traffic accident, 3400 block of Cook Place Dr., Clemmons.

• Aug. 31 — Trespassing, 1400 block of River Ridge Dr., Clemmons. Subject returned to property after being trespassed.

• Aug. 31 — FCSO Police service-fraud, 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Reporting party suspected fraud.

• Aug. 31 — Trespassing, 1400 block of River Ridge Dr., Clemmons. Subject trespasses on property after being told to leave.

• Aug. 31 — Police service-non criminal call for service, 1500 block of Trinity Garden Cr., Clemmons. Information provided concerning suspicious vehicles.

• Aug. 31 — Aggravated assault, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject points knife at victim.

• Aug. 31 — Vandalism, 8300 block of Grove Creek Dr., Lewisville. Unknown suspect broke campaign signs.

• Aug. 31 — FCSO: All other offense — animal related, 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Stray dog.
