Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 1 — Aggravated assault, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject pointed knife at victim.

• Sept. 1 — Trespassing, 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect refused to leave the business.

• Sept. 1 — Overdose, 1400 block of Ferguson Dr., Clemmons. Male overdosed on heroin.

• Sept. 1 — Violation of auto law-operation, 3300 block of Jessie Village Dr./S. Peace Haven Road. Subject operated motor vehicle while impaired.

• Sept. 2 — Larceny from building, 1200 block of Brook Acres Trail, Clemmons. Suspect took U.S. currency and gold coins.

• Sept. 2 — Larceny from auto, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Tag stolen off of car.

• Sept. 2 — Police service-fraud, 7500 block of Bullard Road, Clemmons. Subject attempted to defraud victim.

• Sept. 2 — Drug violations, 2100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject had marijuana on him.

• Sept. 2 — All other offense — animal related, 5700 block of Woodside Forest Trail, Lewisville. Stray kitten found in engine compartment.

• Sept. 2 — Police service-welfare check, 1000 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Door of residence was left open.

• Sept. 2 — Automobile theft, 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Subject reporting stolen vehicle.

• Sept. 2 — Overdose, 900 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Individual overdosed on substance.

• Sept. 3 — Police service-fraud, 9600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Bank account hacked and money withdrawn.

• Sept. 3 — Identity theft, 8400 block of Kinsale Ct., Clemmons. Identity was used to file for unemployment.

• Sept. 3 — Locate wanted person, 5900 block of Styers Ferry Road/Reynolda Road. Located wanted person on traffic stop.

• Sept. 3 — FCSO Police Service-fraud, 9600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville.  Bank account hacked and money withdrawn

• Sept. 4 — Police service, non-criminal call for service, 8000 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Items missing from home being renovated.

• Sept. 5 — Arson, 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Subject(s) damaged hotel room and burned mattress.

• Sept. 5 — Breaking and entering with force, 6300 block of Cook Ave., Clemmons. Victim believed as unknown subject attempted to break into residence.

• Sept. 5 — Overdose, 1400 block of Ferguson Dr., Clemmons. Subject overdosed on heroin.

• Sept. 5 — Autobreaking and larceny, 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect(s) removed electric blower from truck bed.

• Sept. 6 — All other fraud, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Scam regarding purchasing a dog.

• Sept. 6 — Overdose, 1500 block of Trinity Garden Cr., Clemmons. Subject was dropped off at home unconscious after party.

• Sept. 7 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6700 block of Forest Oak Dr., Clemmons. Vehicles broken into overnight.

• Sept. 7 — Trouble with juvenile, 1500 block of Trinity Garden Cr., Clemmons. Argument between juveniles.

• Sept. 7 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, 7000 block of Garrett Dr., Clemmons. Offender punched victims.
