Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 28 — FCSO — Police Service-fraud, 1400 block of King Charles Dr., Clemmons. Suspect charged $300 to victim’s credit card.

• Sept. 28 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance inside office.

• Sept. 28 — Lost property, 6200 block of Frye Bridge Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Subject lost her wallet.

• Sept. 28 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6400 block of Gentry Ct., Clemmons. Suspect broke into vehicle and stole items.

• Sept. 28 — Lost property, 200 block of Turnbridge Dr., Lewisville. Caller lost his passport.

• Sept. 28 — Police service-assist agency, 200 block of Brookway West Dr., Lewisville. Vehicle collision in parking lot.

• Sept. 28 — Trouble with neighbor, 100 block of Tullyries Ln., Lewisville. Subject left a note on the neighbor’s door.

• Sept. 29 — Traffic accident, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 29 — Autobreaking and larceny, 2100 block of Chandler Place Cr., Clemmons. Victim’s vehicles were broken into during the night.

• Sept. 29 — Autobreaking and larceny, 100 block of Willow Trace Cr., Clemmons. Offender opened unlocked door and stole victim’s property.

• Sept. 29 — Autobreaking and larceny, 2000 block of Chandler Place Ct., Clemmons. Vehicles broken into.

• Sept. 29 — FCSO — Police service-information provided, 3000 block of Panther Ridge Ln., Lewisville. Female reported juveniles being allowed to drink and shoot guns.

• Sept. 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service, 9700 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Delivery driver left tire ruts in yard.

• Sept. 29 — FCSO — Police service-fraud, 7500 block of Divaldi St., Lewisville. Elderly woman reported fraudulent phone call.

• Sept. 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service, 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Caller reported she believed someone was attempting to break in her home.

• Sept. 30 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6900 block of Morgan Place Dr., Clemmons. Unknown suspects stole items out of victim’s car.

• Sept. 30 — FCSO — Police service-welfare check, 6100 block of Quinn St. Clemmons. Elderly female left home but then returned.

• Sept. 30 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 3300 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subjects were in a disturbance.

• Oct. 1 — Found property, 5600 block of Frye Bridge Road/Phelps Farm Road, Clemmons. Subject found wallet on ground.

• Oct. 1 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 2200 block of Megan Cr., Clemmons. Subjects were arguing in the driveway of apartment complex.

• Oct. 1 — Drug violations, paraphernalia — possessing/concealing equipment, 1000 block of Ridings Road, Lewisville. Subject was in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

• Oct. 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service, 4200 block of Sandhurst Dr., Clemmons. Owner’s vehicle rolled out of driveway, hitting a tree across the street.

• Oct. 2 — Traffic accident, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons.

• Oct. 2 — Found property, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located debit card.

• Oct. 2 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer upset about service performed to his vehicle.

• Oct. 2 — Police service-assist agency, 9000 block of River Path Road, Lewisville. Assisted Florida detective on locating firearm.

• Oct. 2 — FCSO — Police service-information provided, 200 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Subject noticed several items were missing from grocery delivery.

• Oct. 2 — Vandalism, 6200 block of Jennings Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject ran over a light pole.

• Oct. 3 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, driving while impaired, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Driving while impaired.

• Oct. 3 — Autobreaking and larceny, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim’s vehicle was broken into while in parking lot.

• Oct. 3 — Larceny-all other, 500 block of Pamo Ln., Lewisville. Subject stole purse containing wallet and handgun.

• Oct. 3 — Harassing phone calls, 1000 block of Arbor Run Dr., Lewisville. Subject sent harassing text messages and phone calls.

• Oct. 3 — Breaking and entering without force, 100 block of Tullyries Ln., Lewisville. Subject believes someone broke into his residence.

• Oct. 4 — Overdose, 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Subject overdosed on pain medication.

• Oct. 4 — FCSO Police service-welfare check, 7000 block of Mason Place Ct., Clemmons. Daughter could not make contact with her father.

• Oct. 4 — Counterfeiting-buying/receiving, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer passed counterfeit $100 bill.

• Oct. 4 — Forcible rape, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Dr., Clemmons. Subject raped friend in her own home.

• Oct. 4 — Found property, 7000 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Subject found a wallet in the parking lot.

• Oct. 5 — Drug violations, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana located in vehicle that was involved in disturbance.

• Oct. 5 — FCSO — police service-welfare check, 5300 block of Moss Creek Ln., Clemmons. Ex-girlfriend worried about ex-boyfriend.
