Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 2 — FCSO police service — civil dispute, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party stated the repair place took parts off his lawnmower.

• Nov. 3 — FCSO, locate wanted person, 5900 block of Immanuel Road, Clemmons. Located a wanted person.

• Nov. 3 — Police service — attempted suicide, 8800 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subject took large amounts of prescribed medication and cut herself on her arm.

• Nov. 3 — Larceny — all other, 100 block of Old Spring Ct., Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole political signs from victim’s lawn.

• Nov. 3 — Traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 3 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 8300 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Man had sign on his car.

• Nov. 4 — Driving while impaired, 100 block of eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle turns into a drunk driver.

• Nov. 4 — Autobreaking and larceny, 3600 block of North Lakeshore Dr., Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked vehicle.

• Nov. 4 — Discharging firearm, 4000 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Subject(s) shot the glass door panel.

• Nov. 4 — Autobreaking and larceny, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject(s) took leaf blower off of the back of work truck.

• Nov. 4 — Shoplifting, 2600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Beer stolen from store.

• Nov. 4 — Autobreaking and larceny, 600 block of Pepperidge Road, Lewisville. Suspect took wallet from victim’s vehicle.

• Nov. 4 — FCSO police service-civil dispute, 1400 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Neighbors arguing over hay rake.

• Nov. 5 — Traffic accident, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons, Clemmons.

• Nov. 5 — Autobreaking and larceny, 4000 block of Whirlaway Ct., Clemmons. Unlocked vehicle rummaged through overnight.

• Nov. 5 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6900 block of Hanesbrook Cr., Clemmons. Reporting party stated his car was broken into.

• Nov. 5 — Autobreaking and larceny, 3800 block of Old Rosebud Ct., Clemmons. Reporting party stated his truck was broken into.

• Nov. 5 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject trespassed from store.

• Nov. 6 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6500 block of Gentry Cr., Clemmons. Vehicle broken into.

• Nov. 6 — Paraphernalia — using/equipment, driving while license revoked/suspended, fictitious tag — violation of auto law, 100 block of  westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.

• Nov. 6 — FCSO police service — welfare check, 6900 block of Morgan Place Dr., Clemmons. Reporting party stated her friend told her she was going to harm herself.

• Nov. 6 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6200 block of Towncenter Dr., Clemmons. Reporting party stated her car was broken into.

• Nov. 6 — Found property, 6900 block of Hanesbrook Cr., Clemmons. Reporting party found a watch outside his residence.

• Nov. 6 — Vandalism, 100 block of River Crest Ct., Clemmons. Eggs thrown at subject’s home.

• Nov. 6 — Police service-assist agency, 3500 block of Clemmons Road/Stadium Dr., Clemmons. Speeding impaired driver pulled over, investigated by DWI task force unit.

• Nov. 6 — Drug violations, FCSO violations of auto law — operation violation, 5200 block of Shallowford Road/Sharon Church Road, Lewisville.  Offender was speeding while in possession of drugs.

• Nov. 7 — Police service — non-criminal call for service, 3800 block of Dillon Industrial Dr., Clemmons. Public works provided a medication drop off service.

• Nov. 7 — Autobreaking and larceny, 5300 block of Nestleway Dr., Clemmons. Subject broke into vehicle overnight.

• Nov. 7 — Lost property, 1800 block of Ramhurst Dr., Clemmons. Subject left firearm on truck and drove off.

• Nov. 7 — Trouble with neighbor, 5700 block of Midstream Cr., Clemmons. Juvenile rang neighbor’s doorbell and ran away.

• Nov. 8 — Police service —assist agency, 800 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Assisted highway patrol on a wreck.

• Nov. 8 — FCSO police service-information provided, 8800 block of Shallowford Road/Brittington Dr., Lewisville. Driver yelled at caller while in his yard.

• Nov. 8 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 300 block of Brookway West Dr., Lewisville. Subject asked to leave residence.

• Nov. 9 — Driving while impaired, 1200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.
