Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 20 — Trespassing, 7600 block of Yadkinville Road, Lewisville. Subject was trespassing on state-maintained property.

• Nov. 20 — Larceny from auto, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Tag stolen from vehicle.

• Nov. 21 — Larceny — all other, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender(s) stole commercial vacuum.

• Nov. 21 — Breaking and entering with force, 1400 block of River Ridge Dr., Clemmons. Unknown suspect(s) busted out window of Taco Bell.

• Nov. 21 — Simple assault/non-aggravated assault, 2400block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Restaurant employee was assaulted by customer.

• Nov. 21 — Overdose, 2300 block of McKinnon Ct., Clemmons. Reporting party stated her boyfriend overdosed in their car.

• Nov. 21 — Simple assault/non-aggravated assault, 500 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Individuals engaged in physical altercation during argument over civil issue.

• Nov. 22 — Suicide, 6900 block of Morgan Place Dr., Clemmons. Subject cut himself.

• Nov. 22 — Trouble with neighbor, 4000 block of Whirlaway Ct. Clemmons. Argument between neighbors.

• Nov. 22 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment, 200 block of Brookway West Dr., Lewisville. Subject overdosed on heroin.

• Nov. 23 — Suspicious person, 100 block of eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Identified suspicious subject on highway.

• Nov. 23 — Traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Dr., Clemmons.

• Nov. 23 — Trespassing, 2200 block of Megan Cr., Clemmons. Subject returned to residence that she was previously banned from.

• Nov. 23 — Traffic accident, 3500 block of Clemmons Road/James St., Clemmons.

• Nov. 23 — Vandalism, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject’s car was vandalized.

• Nov. 24 — Suspicious vehicle, 4600 block of Fieldspring Road, Clemmons. Subject rang doorbell then ran to vehicle.

• Nov. 24 — Suspicious person, 6900 block of Morgan Place Dr., Clemmons. Subject discharged alleged weapon into air.

• Nov. 24 — FCSO police service-information provided, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Threats made by former employee.

• Nov. 24 — Police service-attempted suicide, 1000 block of Laurel Creek Ln., Lewisville. Subject located by family with gunshot wound to the head.

• Nov. 25 — Hit-and-run accident, 6300 block of Clemmons Point Dr., Clemmons.

• Nov. 25 — Tampering with vehicle, 1900 block of Westheimer Dr., Clemmons. Unknown suspect(s) entered unlocked vehicle.

• Nov. 26 — Autobreaking and larceny, 1700 block of Ramhurst Dr., Clemmons. Unknown supect(s) broke into multiple vehicles.

• Nov. 26 — Autobreaking and larceny, obtaining money by false pretense, 6900 block of August Dr., Clemmons. Unknown subject broke into several vehicles.

• Nov. 26 — Automobile theft, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject(s) stole trailer.

• Nov. 26 — Aggravated assault, 3900 block of Bingham Cr., Clemmons. Reporting party stated his neighbor pointed a gun at him.

• Nov. 26 — Animal cruelty, 200 block of North St., Lewisville. Couple used ultrasound device on neighbor’s dogs.

• Nov. 27 — Trouble with juvenile, 5500 block of Moravian Heights Ln., Clemmons. Subject(s) drove vehicle above posted speed limit.

• Nov. 27 — Found property, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Hypodermic needle located outside business.

• Nov. 27 — Driving while impaired, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Driver was operating vehicle while impaired.

• Nov. 28 — Traffic accident, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 29 — Paraphernalia-using/equipment, driving while license revoked/suspended, violation of auto law-all other, 6300 block of Idols Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Subject was in possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

• Nov. 29 — FCSO-Disturbance/non-criminal, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Subject quit her job and stated they did not give her the correct amount of money.

• Nov. 29 — Aggravated assault, 5700 block of Marty Ln., Clemmons. Victim alleged that brother’s ex-girlfriend attempted to run him over.

• Nov. 29 — FCSO police service-civil dispute, 300 block of Wyntfield Dr., Lewisville. Property line issue between neighbors.

• Nov. 30 — Shoplifting, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stole items from store.

• Nov. 30 — FCSO-Fleet vehicle accident, 400 block of Harvest Pine Road, Lewisville. Deputy got vehicle stuck in a yard.
