Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 1 — Disorderly conduct, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender caused a scene at the Wells Fargo in Clemmons.

• Dec. 1 — Dog bites and attacks, 3100 block of Panther Ridge Lane, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• Dec. 1 — Indecent exposure, 7600 block of Yadkinville Road, Lewisville. Suspect was masturbating in public.

• Dec. 1 — FCSO, police service-welfare check, 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Individual having thoughts of self-harm wishing to go to hospital.

• Dec. 2 — Traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 2 — Drug violations, 100 block of  westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Found marijuana, cash and a firearm during traffic stop.

• Dec. 2 — Wire/computer/other electronic manipulation, 7200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject’s phone hacked from somewhere in the U.S.

• Dec. 2 — FCSO, Disturbance/non-criminal, 7200 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Homeowner wanted individual removed from property.

• Dec. 2 — Vandalism, 6300 block of Stadium Dr., Clemmons. Car door was damaged.

• Dec. 2 — FCSO, police service-information provided, 6700 block of Shallowford Dr., Lewisville. Elderly female’s phone stopped working.

• Dec. 3 — Paraphernalia, using/equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation, 3500 block of Clemmons Road/Stadium Dr., Clemmons.  Traffic stop yielded drug violation.

• Dec. 3 — Traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Amp Dr., Clemmons.

• Dec. 3 — Suspicious person, 1000 block of Sequoia Dr., Lewisville. Unknown subject attempted to shake the front door of the victim’s residence.

• Dec. 3 — CSO police service-fraud, 8800 block of Buckley Ct., Lewisville. Caller wished to report a fraudulent purchase.

• Dec. 4 — Police service-assist agency, 100 block of westbound/Harper Road, Clemmons. Assisted WSPD with DWI.

• Dec. 4 — FCSO, police service-civil dispute, 4000 block of Whirlaway Ct., Clemmons. HOA towed a trailer.

• Dec. 4 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal, 6400 block of Sessions Ct., Clemmons. Customer unhappy with service.

• Dec. 5 — FCSO, Disturbance/non-criminal, 6900 block of Village Medical Cr., Clemmons. Subject causing a disturbance at Clemmons Medical Center.

• Dec. 7 — Paraphernalia – possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation, 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons.  Subject found in possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Dec. 7 — FCSO police service, information provided, 9000 block of Hollydale Road, Clemmons. Subject reported stolen check.

• Dec. 7 — Traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 7 — Drug violation, 3400 block of Hidden Forest Dr., Clemmons. Subject had marijuana in vehicle.

• Dec. 7 — Vandalism, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Damage to support pillar in delivery bay found by caller.
