Gary named as Clemmons Rotary Student of the Month

Alana Gary was recognized on Dec. 16, 2020, as the Rotary Club of Clemmons’ Student of the Month for December 2020.
She is an excellent student with a GPA (weighted) of 4.0714 and ranked in the top one third of her class.

Gary’s school activities include: key member of the West Forsyth girls basketball team since her freshman year, including the 2019 state championship team; member of West Forsyth girls lacrosse team, ninth-11th grades; and member of the girls Service Club.
Outside of school, Gary has stayed very busy with her volunteer work with Springwell Network helping with different fundraisers for their non-profit organization for people with disabilities.
In addition, she works at Harris Teeter 20 hours per week.
Gary will be playing college basketball at Young Harris College in Georgia and majoring in architecture.
The Rotary Club of Clemmons congratulates Gary for her accomplishments and contributions to her school and community.
