• Jan. 11 — Communicating threats — intimidation, non-physical, 7000 block of Mason Place Ct., Clemmons. Offender told victim he was going to shoot him.
• Jan. 11 — FCSO — All other offense, animal-related, 5500 block of Moravian Heights Ln., Clemmons. Stray cat.
• Jan. 11 — Police service — assist agency, 5900 block of Marty Ln./Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assisted N.C. Highway Patrol with a hit-and-run investigation.
• Jan. 11 — Drug violations, paraphernalia — possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO K-9 activity, 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia seized pursuant to traffic stop.
• Jan. 11 — Traffic accident, 2600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Jan. 11 — Arson, 100 block of Willow Trace Cr., Clemmons. Dumpster fire reported by resident of apartment.
• Jan. 11 — FCSO — all other offense — animal-related, 9600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Stray dog.
• Jan. 12 — Hit-and-run accident, 5900 block of Marty Lane/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Jan. 12 — Drug violations, paraphernalia — possessing/concealing equipment, violation of auto law-all other, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed marijuana and grinder.
• Jan. 12 — Police service — welfare check, 3300 block of Cook Place Dr., Clemmons. Child found unattended.
• Jan. 12 — Hit-and-run accident, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/S. Peace.
• Jan. 12 — Dog bites and attacks, 6400 block of Bluestone Park Dr., Clemmons. Dog bite.
• Jan. 12 — Involuntary commitment/non-criminal detainment, 7000 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Resident of group home assaulted staff member.
• Jan. 12 — Simple assault/non-aggravated assault, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect struck victim in the face multiple times.
• Jan. 12 — Paraphernalia — using/equipment, FCSO — locate wanted person, 1700 block of Calvary View Ln., Clemmons. Offender was wanted in Yadkin County and had paraphernalia on person.
• Jan. 12 — Police service-welfare check, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Daughter of resident reported she could not reach anyone at facility.
• Jan. 12 — Shoplifting, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville Suspect took items off counter and ran out of the store.
• Jan. 12 — FCSO — police service-information provided, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual wished to report possible crypto currency fraud.
• Jan. 12 — Carless and reckless driving, 200 block of Wyntfield Dr., Lewisville. Offender drove erratically on River Drive.
• Jan. 12 — FCSO — Police service-information provided, 800 block of Dorse Road, Lewisville. Vehicles using private driveway.
• Jan. 13 — Paraphernallia — possessing/concealing equipment, weapons-other, driving while impaired, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Allegacy Way. Driver under the influence of an impaired substance.
• Jan. 14 — Death investigation, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject found deceased in assisted living home.
• Jan. 14 — Traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Jan. 14 — Traffic accident, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Jan. 14 — FCSO police service-fraud, 3900 block of Bingham Cr., Clemmons. Caller reported online account hacked.
• Jan. 15 — Breaking and entering without force, drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, 5900 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Alarm call leads to breaking and entering investigation with drug seizure.
• Jan. 15 — Communicating threats — intimidation, on physical, 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Victim was threatened by her neighbors.
• Jan. 15 — Police service-welfare check, 1300 block of Meadowgate Ln., Lewisville. Caller requested a welfare check on his father.
• Jan. 16 — Drug violations, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Marijuana found during vehicle search.
• Jan. 16 — Overdose, 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject found possible on narcotics.
• Jan. 17 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6200 block of Spring Park Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect(s) broke into vehicle and stole a firearm.
