Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 15 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Argument over food service.

• Feb. 16 — FCSO — Police service-fraud, 6100 block of Chamberlain Pl., Clemmons. Reporting party scammed of money online.

• Feb. 16 — Simple assault/non-aggravated assault, automobile theft, 6400 block of Gentry Cr., Clemmons. Suspect assaulted woman and stole her vehicle.

• Feb. 16 — Vandalism, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Citizen reported bullet hole damage to vehicle.

• Feb. 17 — Autobreaking and larceny, 4500 block of Silo Ridge Ct., Clemmons. Victim’s vehicle was broken into and laptop was stolen.

• Feb. 17 — FCSO — Police service-information provided, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Spam email reported by principal.

• Feb. 17 — FCSO — Police service-civil dispute, 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Subject wanted refund, civil dispute.

• Feb. 17 — Police service — suicide attempt, 3000 block of Panther Ridge Ln., Lewisville. Subject shot himself in the mouth while high on psilocybin mushrooms.

• Feb. 18 — Trouble with neighbor, 3800 block of Old Rosebud Ct., Clemmons. Subject had a incident with her neighbor.

• Feb. 18 — Police service-welfare check, 100 block of Brightstar Ln., Lewisville. Welfare check requested by mental health services.

• Feb. 19 — Police service — suicide attempt, 6900 block of Logans Way Ct., Clemmons. Friend reported apparent suicide attempt.

• Feb. 19 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 6700 block of Brook Stone Ct., Clemmons. Alleged drug dealer caused disturbance at user’s residence.

• Feb. 19 — Suspicious vehicle, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. White van was parked next to church bus with two occupants.

• Feb. 19 — FCSO — Police service — fraud, 200 block of Cedarbrook Ct., Lewisville. Caller provided unknown person with his social security number.

• Feb. 19 — FCSO — Police service — civil dispute, 120 block of Brookway West Dr., Lewisville. Argument over property.

• Feb. 19 — FCSO — Police service-information provided, 900 block of Sequoia Dr., Lewisville. Anti law enforcement slogan drawn on patrol car.

• Feb. 19 — Overdose, 1000 block of Alabnon Road, Lewisville. Subject overdosed on oxycodone.

• Feb. 20 — Autobreaking and larceny, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Citizen reports auto break-in at Tanglewood Park.

• Feb. 20 — Communicating threats — intimidation, non-physical, 100 block of Sir Charles Ct., Clemmons. Subject received threatening text messages.

• Feb. 20 — Larceny — all other, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Suspect cut security cable and took mini bike.

• Feb. 20 — Breaking and entering with force, 100 block of Shamrock Trail Road, Lewisville. Offender attempted to break into the house.
