Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• March 1 — FCSO — all other offense, animal-related — 7200 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Cat found injured.

• March 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1800 block of Curraghmore Road, Clemmons. Deceased dog owner.

• March 1 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 1000 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Offender attempted to cash fraudulent check.

• March 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3000 block of Cameron Villiage Ct., Clemmons. Candle and note located in driveway.

• March 1 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1200 block of Brookway West Dr., Lewisville. Victim stated subject threatened to harm her.

• March 2 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6700 block of Brook Stone Ct., Clemmons. Suspect threatened victim via telephone.

• March 2 — Suspicious vehicle — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Vehicle was reported suspicious.

• March 2 — Rabies exposure — 100 block of Conrad Cr., Lewisville. Injured skunk sprayed reporting person’s dog.

• March 3 — FCSO, locate missing person — 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Located a missing person.

• March 3 — Shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Dr., Clemmons. Suspect stole beer from store.

• March 3 — FCSO, police service, welfare check — 5900 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Subject claimed her daughter was trying to hurt herself.

• March 3 — FCSO, Disturbance, non-criminal — 6900 block of Morgan Place Dr., Clemmons. Employee was terminated and banned from property.

• March 3 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 3500 block of Brookland Dr., Clemmons. Subject committed on involuntary commitment.

• March 3 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 9500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject said someone applied for unemployment in his name and he needed a police report.

• March 3 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of Shallowford Road/southbound U.S. Hwy. 421, Lewisville. Subject claims assault in adjacent county.

• March 4 — Traffic accident — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• March 4 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6600 block of Gentry Cr. Clemmons.16-year-old was having company over while mother was at work.

• March 5 — Shoplifting, 3100 block of Gammon Ln., Clemmons. Items were concealed inside store.

• March 6 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 100 block of Village Club Ln., Clemmons. Individuals got in to physical altercation.

• March 6 — Trespassing — 100 block of Willow Trace Cr., Clemmons. Subject refused to leave property until arrival of law enforcement officer.
