Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• March 14 — Dog bites and attacks — 6700 block of Castleton Dr., Clemmons. Dog bite.

• March 14 — All other offenses — 2500 block of Newdorf Road, Clemmons. Suspect tagged building with graffiti.

• March 15 — Possessing/concealing stolen property, drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drugs and stolen property located during welfare check.

• March 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service, non-criminal call for service — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject requested police report.

• March 15 — Shoplifting — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect took items without paying.

• March 15 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Sedgewick Ridge Ct., Lewisville. Suspect took mail out of victim’s mailbox.

• March 15 — Larceny, all other — 7900 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. An unknown male stole rocks from natural cultured stone.

• March 16 — Aggravated assault with sexual motives — 6900 block of Hanesbrook Cr., Clemmons. Victim possibly sexually assaulted by unknown offender.

• March 16 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6200 block of Bingham Ave., Clemmons. Juvenile stated that he wanted to hurt other students.

• March 16 — Harassing phone calls — 7900 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Subject continuously calls the restaurant and curses at the employees.

• March 17 — Larceny from building — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Dr., Clemmons. Victim had wallet stolen from him in gym locker room.

• March 17 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7000 block of Ashburn Cr., Clemmons. Deceased coyote.

• March 17 — FCSO police service, welfare check — 8100 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Individual made suicidal statements via phone.

• March 17 — Lost property — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Nursing home reported missing medication.

• March 17 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• March 17 — Drug violations — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drugs located on subject.

• March 17 — Harassing phone call — 7500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Repeated phone calls.

• March 17 — Larceny from auto — 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Offender stole wheels and tires attached to trailer frame.

• March 17 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Stray dog.

• March 18 — Traffic accident, 6300 block of Cephis Dr., Clemmons.

• March 18 — Police service, welfare check — 3900 block of Bingham Cr., Clemmons. Welfare check on daughter.

• March 18 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Individual stole pack of Pall-Mall cigarettes.

• March 19 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2100 block of Chandler Place Cr., Clemmons. Subject caused disturbance over personal property.

• March 19 — FCSO, domestic disturbance — 5000 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Subject called FCSO due to an uninvited subject being in her home.

• March 19 — Death investigation — 100 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Subject was located deceased in bed.

• March 20 — Unauthorized use of conveyance — 5000 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Vehicle was driven off property by victim’s acquaintance.

• March 20 — Lost property — 2400 block of Market Center Dr., Clemmons. Male reported a lost wallet.

• March 20 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Disturbance.
