Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• March 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5900 block of James St., Clemmons. Clemmons Medicine Drop.

• March 22 — Trouble with neighbor — 6000 block of Caudias Lane, Clemmons. Downstairs neighbor was hitting ceiling.

• March 22 — Traffic accident — 4400 block of Hampton Road/Idols Road, Clemmons.

• March 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1500 block of Langdon Village Dr. Clemmons. Resident turned over old ammunition.

• March 22 — Traffic accident — 7100 block of Village Medical Cr., Clemmons.

• March 22 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 6800 block of Augus Dr., Clemmons.

• March 22 — Harassing phone calls — 5300 block of Mapleton St., Clemmons. Reporting party receiving harassing phone calls.

• March 22 — Trespassing — 6300 block of Amp Dr., Clemmons. Subject trespassed from hotel property.

• March 22 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3900 block of Bingham Cr., Clemmons. Subject stated his neighbor assaulted him over owed money.

• March 22 — Police service, assist agency — 1000 block of Kinnway Ct., Lewisville. Mom called FCSO due to her daughter being loud and aggressive.

• March 23 — FCSO police service, fraud — 7300 block of Riverview Knoll Ct., Clemmons. Subject opened two bank accounts in his name.

• March 23 — Counterfeiting possession, concealing — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender passed counterfeit $100 bill at business.

• March 23 — Breaking and entering without force — 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Victim reported her residence was broken into previous night.

• March 23 — Police service, assist agency — 400 block of Spring Meadow Ct., Lewisville. Poor living conditions discovered within home.

• March 24 — Autobreaking and larceny — 5100 block of Garnet Hill Dr., Clemmons. Auto break-in larceny.

• March 24 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, vandalism — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Dr., Clemmons. Suspect threatened victim and vandalized vehicle.

• March 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4600 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Sick skunk on reporting person’s property.

• March 25 — All other offense, filing false report — 2800 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Male falsely stated that his vehicle was stolen.

• March 25 — Traffic accident, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons.

• March 25 — Missing person, 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting person believes niece was not being herself.

• March 25 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 2800 block of Gray Moss Dr., Clemmons. Person attempted to access bank account.

• March 25 — Traffic accident — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• March 25 — All other fraud — 6900 block of Logans Way Ct., Clemmons. Unauthorized transactions on bank account.

• March 25 — Trouble with juvenile — 4500 block of Jasper Ridge Dr., Clemmons. Juvenile left residence after argument.

• March 26 — Rabies exposure — 1600 block of Springfield Way Dr., Clemmons. Reporting person’s dog got in a fight with a raccoon.

• March 26 — Indecent exposure — 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect was seen urinating on dumpster.

• March 27 — Breaking and entering without force — 1800 block of Ellison Creed Road, Lewisville. Lawn tools taken from within residence.

• March 27 — Discharging firearm — 1400 block of Shangri-la Dr., Lewisville. Individual heard one round fired from inside of residence.

• March 28 — FCSO, police service, welfare check — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Subject possibly intoxicated.

• March 28 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1800 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Subject was upset about a discharging firearms call for service.
