Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 5 — lost property — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Person lost his wallet.

• April 5 — fraud — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Reported unknown suspect opened 12 credit cards in her name.

• April 5 — fraud — 600 block of Drumheller Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party’s credit card was used at unknown location.

• April 5 — Non-criminal call for service — 6700 block of Cockleburr Trail, Clemmons. Subject paid a deposit for a dog and didn’t get a dog.

• April 6 — Aggravated assault — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject pointed gun after argument.

• April 6 — Disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Argument between business manager and customer.

• April 6 — Dog bites and attacks — 1600 block of Ashmead Lane, Clemmons. Dog bite.

 • April 6 — Traffic accident — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Three-vehicle accident with damages of $5,500, $7,500 and $2,500.

• April 7 — Disturbance/non-criminal, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance between staff and a customer.

• April 8 — Breaking and entering with force — 100 block of Eagle Glen Court, Clemmons. Subject was entering the back window of residence.

• April 8 — Trouble with neighbor — 4800 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Ongoing dispute between neighbors.

• April 8 — Driving while impaired — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Ramada Drive. Suspect drove a vehicle while impaired.

• April 8 — Drug violations — 800 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Expired tag traffic stop led to a VCSA investigation.

• April 10 — Aggravated assault — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Suspect pulled knife on victim over an argument over money.

• April 10 — Automobile theft — 100 block of Ivywood Court, Lewisville. Vehicle valued at $10,000 was stolen from the driveway.

• April 10 — Stalking, 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Fake Facebook profile.

• April 11 — Larceny, 5400 block of Quartz Avenue, Clemmons. A/C fuse stolen off residence.
