Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 19 — Driving while impaired, FCSO, violation of auto-operation violation — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Kinmamon Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• July 19 — Breaking and entering with force — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Store break-in at business.

• July 19 — Illegal dumping — 3600 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Yard waste was dumped.

• July 19 — Traffic accident — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Brewer Avenue, Clemmons.

• July 19 — Drug violations — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Drugs found during traffic stop.

• July 19 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Disturbance at group home.

• July 19 — Forgery, using/uttering — 300 block of Saddlebrook Circle, Lewisville. Check stolen from mail and forged.

• July 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1600 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Female was dropped off at man’s house.

• July 20 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, selling/equipment, weapons-other — 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle chase ensued after traffic stop was initiated.

• July 20 — Embezzlement, other — 6600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Employee stole lottery tickets and cashed them out, stealing from owner.

• July 20 — Traffic accident — 3800 block of Harper Road/Lasater Road, Clemmons.

• July 20 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subject caused disturbance leaving job.

• July 20 — Traffic accident — 6300 block of Idols Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons.

• July 21 — Suspicious vehicle — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Caller stated vehicle followed him to parking lot.

• July 21 — Police service, 24-hour lock-up — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Impaired subject kicked out of hotel room, 24-hour hold.

• July 21 — Traffic accident — 310 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons.

• July 21 — Autobreaking and larceny, obtaining money by false pretense, possessing/concealing stolen property — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Suspects broke into car.

• July 21 — Using/consuming tax-paid liquor — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person drinking in public.

• July 22 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3600 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Bank reported suspicious account activity.

• July 22 — Traffic accident — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• July 22 — Traffic accident — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons.

• July 22 — Larceny, all other — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party stated her money was stolen at Uhaul business.

• July 22 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6700 block of Castleton Drive, Clemmons. Attempted phone scam.

• July 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Information provided concerning possible neglect.

• July 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. ATM machine possible tampered with.

• July 23 — Breaking and entering with force — 8200 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspects attempted to break into property and damaged the residence.

• July 23 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Assault occurred after individuals were drinking at apartment pool.

• July 24 — Driving while impaired, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation. Driver impaired during traffic stop.

• July 24 — Overdose — 100 block of Stonburg Road, Clemmons. Subject attempted to harm self.

• July 24 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment, FCSO, K-9 activity — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Allegacy Way. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.

• July 24 — Police service, welfare check — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Checked welfare on subject.

• July 24 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Soda stolen from store.

• July 24 — Vehicle chase, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 6000 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Deputy initiated stop on vehicle for speeding, vehicle chase ensued.

• July 24 — Drug violations — 900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Heroin seized pursuant to vehicle stop for chapter 20 violations.

• July 25 — FCSO, DWI, provisional, FCSO, violation of auto law-equipment violation — 1000 block of South Peace Haven Road/Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Suspect drove vehicle while impaired.

• July 25 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 100 block of River Crest Court, Clemmons. Stray dog.

• July 25 — Police service, welfare check — 9200 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Conducted a welfare check on female at her brother’s request.

• July 26 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, transporting tax-paid liquor — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug and alcohol violations.
