Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2900 block of Hopewood Lane, Clemmons. Woman wanted firearms destroyed.

• July 26 — Trouble with neighbor — 5800 block of Sir Knight Circle, Clemmons. Trouble between neighbors and kids fighting.

• July 26 — Traffic accident — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• July 26 — Larceny from auto — 7400 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Catalytic converter was stolen.

• July 26 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 200 block of Stoney Brook Boulevard, Clemmons. Larceny of $350 while trying to purchase phone.

• July 26 — Harassing phone calls — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject harassing caller via text message.

• July 26 — Harassing phone calls — 2000 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Subject received harassing text messages.

• July 26 — Assault with sexual motive (non-aggravated) — 700 block of Grinnell Street, Lewisville. Subject advised she was sexually assaulted while on drugs.

• July 27 — Vandalism — 6200 block of Hackers Bend Court, Clemmons. Car window smashed in parking lot while daughter was at work.

• July 28 — Dog bites and attacks — 4500 block of River Gate Drive, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• July 28 — Traffic accident — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• July 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Stone Bluff Drive, Clemmons. Caller thought mailman was wife.

• July 28 — Trouble with juvenile — 600 block of Pilgrim Ford Court, Clemmons. Juveniles entered fence of vacant residence to get football.

• July 28 — Police service, welfare check — 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Dementia patient broke a glass window.

• July 28 — Barking dogs — 900 block of Forestglen Drive, Clemmons. Dog reported continuously barking.

• July 28 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, driving while license revoked/suspended — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.

• July 29 — Autobreaking — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked vehicle.

• July 29 — Traffic accident — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons.

• July 29 — Drug violations — 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject possessed illegal narcotics.

• July 29 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 200 block of Pilot Ridge Drive, Lewisville. Caller was double-charged for single item.

• July 29 — Autobreaking and larceny — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Firearm stolen from unlocked vehicle trunk.

• July 29 — Possessing/concealing stolen property — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop leads to narcotics investigation and arrest.

• July 30 — Hit-and-run accident — 4700 block of Kinnamon Road/Ramada Drive, Clemmons.

• July 30 — Traffic accident — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• July 31 — Trouble with neighbor — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Trouble with neighbor.

• Aug. 1 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Witness observed suspect assaulting employee.
