Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 9 — Rabies exposure, 3400 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Rabies exposure.

• Aug. 9 — Hit-and-run accident — 1100 block of Peace Haven Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 9 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal argument.

• Aug. 9 — Larceny, all other — 200 block of Ashbourne Lake Court, Clemmons. Victim states that male offender stole his personal property while he was sleep.

• Aug. 19 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Victim states that he was threatened via Snapchat.

• Aug. 10 — Larceny, all other — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Rolex watch stolen from golf bag.

• Aug. 10 — Trouble with neighbor — 5000 block of Peppertree Road, Clemmons. Reporting party stated that her neighbor was harassing her by sending text messages.

• Aug. 10 — FSSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal dispute.

• Aug. 11 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Attempted larceny of six cases of beer.

• Aug. 11 — Receiving stolen property from another jurisdiction, 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stolen license place recovered on traffic stop.

• Aug. 11 — Traffic accident — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 11 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, autobreaking and larceny — 2800 block of Gray Moss Drive, Clemmons. Victim stated that employee stole items and threatened him.

• Aug. 11 — Police service, assist agency — 4100 block of Arden Street, Clemmons. Assisted EMS with a subject under the influence of a mind-altering substance.

• Aug. 11 — Larceny from building — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect stole beer from Food Lion.

• Aug. 11 — Vandalism — 700 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Cemetery vases vandalized overnight.

• Aug. 12 — FCSO, police service-fraud, 2900 block of Hickmam Lane, Clemmons. Subject reported fraud to bank.

• Aug. 12 — Traffic accident — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons, Clemmons.

• Aug. 12 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 6100 block of James Street, Clemmons. Dog was running at large and being aggressive toward a neighbor.

• Aug. 12 — Rabies exposure — 8000 block of Deverow Court, Lewisville. Reported possible bat in fireplace.

• Aug. 12 — Vandalism — 100 block of northbound U.S. 421/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject threw item from vehicle.

• Aug. 12 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 6800 block of Eden Rock Court, Lewisville. Car transport company is wanting to charge more than on contract.

• Aug. 13 — Larceny, all other — 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Delivered groceries were stolen from front porch.

• Aug. 13 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Patient pulled on name tag lanyard around nurse’s neck.

• Aug. 13 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 7500 block of Thriftwood Court, Lewisville. Civil dispute involving leased trailer.

• Aug. 13 — Police service, welfare check — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Car found after reported shot fired and unable to make contact with the owner.

• Aug. 14 — Threatening suicide — 500 block of Maidstone Lane, Clemmons. Female subject threatened suicide.

• Aug. 14 — Rabies exposure — 8000 block of Deverow Court, Lewisville. Rabies investigation.

• Aug. 15 — Police service, assist agency — 200 block of southbound U.S. 421, Lewisville. Single-vehicle wreck with one fatality.

• Aug. 16 — Breaking-and-entering with force — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Break-in with force.
