Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 16 — Breaking and entering with force — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Break-in with force reported.

• Aug. 16 — Breaking and entering without force — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Vacant house was entered without permission.

• Aug. 16 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 5000 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Dispute over verbal rental agreement.

• Aug. 16 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Victim was threatened by suspect.

• Aug. 16 — Larceny from building — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown female suspect stole lottery ticket.

• Aug. 17 — Identity theft, drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/westbound I-40. Traffic stop yielded drugs and paraphernalia.

• Aug. 17 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Man yelled provocative at a woman.

• Aug. 17 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect(s) took items without paying.

• Aug. 17 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Physical altercation ensued between neighbors.

• Aug. 17 — Rabies exposure — 700 block of Eden Rock Road, Lewisville. Rabies call.

• Aug. 18 — Larceny, all other — 4800 block of Terrence Drive, Clemmons. Offender stole victim’s items.

• Aug. 18 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 5900 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subject called into the sheriff’s office about his ex-wife having drugs in the car.

• Aug. 18 — Suspicious vehicle — 800 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Suspicious vehicle parked at Trinity Community Church.

• Aug. 18 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Individual inquiring about issues with a 50-B.

• Aug. 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Information provided concerning assisted living facility.

• Aug. 20 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was upset she was not being served.

• Aug. 20 — Overdose — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Man overdosed while driving.

• Aug. 20 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 100 block of Hayward Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Subject was terminated and refused to leave the property.

• Aug. 20 — Drug violations — 1400 block of Downington Road, Clemmons. Reporting party found pills on side of the road.

• Aug. 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Computer was misplaced.

• Aug. 20 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Individual stated she was being messed with via friend.

• Aug. 20 — Drug violations, FCSO, violations of auto law-operation violation — 200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville.  Traffic stop led to drug investigation and citation.

• Aug. 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person refused to leave property.

• Aug. 21 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, violations of auto law all other.

• Aug. 22 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. White male arguing with store clerk.

• Aug. 22 — Paraphernalia, selling/equipment, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 1200 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road/Robinhood Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop led to drug investigation.

• Aug. 23 — Paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed marijuana paraphernalia.
