Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 30 — Death investigation — 3600 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Report of deceased person.

• Aug. 30 — Police service, assist agency — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Female located unconscious in a vehicle.

• Aug. 30 — Vandalism — 4600 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Attempt to cut catalytic converter off a bus.

• Aug. 30 — Overdose — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on prescription medication.

• Aug. 30 — Traffic accident — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 30 — Breaking and entering without force — 7200 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect unlawfully broke into shed and attempted to steal items.

• Aug. 30 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Offender assaulted victim.

• Aug. 30 — Larceny, all other — 7300 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect stole pressure washer from victim’s back porch.

• Aug. 31 — Trespassing — 6200 block of Hackers Bend Center, Clemmons. Subject climbed into fenced enclosure.

• Aug. 31 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Man found walking on the interstate.

• Aug. 31 — Police service, assist agency — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle ran into building.

• Aug. 31 — Police service —911 hang up — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Subject repeatedly called 911.

• Aug. 31 — Autobreaking and larceny — 900 block of Wellesley Place Drive, Lewisville. Subject attempted to gain unlawful entry to personal vehicles.

• Aug. 31 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 1400 block of Ashfield Court, Lewisville. Unknown suspect stole victim’s credit card information.

• Sept. 1 — Traffic accident — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 1 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student in possession of marijuana vapes on campus.

• Sept. 1 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Information provided by athletic director at West Forsyth.

• Sept. 2 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student possibly in possession of a firearm on campus.

• Sept. 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4600 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Subject felt threatened.

• Sept. 2 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Arboretum Court, Lewisville. Dog chased victim walking down the street after it escaped from home.

• Sept. 2 — FCSO, harassment, non-criminal — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject was constantly speaking to clerk in disrespectful manner and caused scenes in store.

• Sept. 3 — Police service, welfare check — 500 block of Ketner Road, Lewisville. Checked on intoxicated subject.
