Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 3 — Transporting tax-paid liquor, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation, no operator’s license-violation of auto law —2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stoney Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded alcohol violations.

• Sept. 3 — Police service, open door — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Caller reported unsecured door.

• Sept. 3 — Police service, welfare check — 500 block of Ketner Road, Lewisville. Intoxicated subject’s welfare checked.

• Sept. 4 — Police service, assist agency — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Snapchat post threatened violence at school.

• Sept. 4 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Female threatened to assault another female.

• Sept. 4 — Drug violations — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located female with marijuana in a vehicle.

• Sept. 4 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect fraudulently used credit card.

• Sept. 4 — Wire/computer/other electronic manipulation — 100 block of Cabot Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party potentially scammed from Craigslist rental ad.

• Sept. 4 — Police service, assist agency — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Driver drove vehicle into a ditch.

• Sept. 4 — Driving while impaired — FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 100 block of northbound U.S. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Sept. 5 — Vandalism — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Female vandalized a vehicle.

• Sept. 5 — Disorderly conduct — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Unruly visitor at a hospital.

• Sept. 5 — FCSO, domestic disturbance — 1500 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Couple arguing outside of apartment.

• Sept. 5 — Dog bites and attacks — 900 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• Sept. 6 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using equipment, FCSO, violation of auto law-equipment violation — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violation.

• Sept. 6 — Driving while impaired — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Driving while impaired.

• Sept. 6 — Unauthorized use of conveyance — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Man let woman use car to go visit son.

• Sept. 6 — Rabies exposure — 7400 block of Bullard Road, Clemmons. Dog bitten by raccoon.

• Sept. 7 — Overdose — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Overdose call for service.

• Sept. 7 — Traffic accident — 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Linwood Drive, Clemmons.

• Sept. 7 — Traffic accident — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 7 — Larceny from auto — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Catalytic converter cut off moving truck.

• Sept. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6900 block of Marshall Road/Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Subject needed report for damaged school property.

• Sept. 7 — FCSO, police service, security check — 1900 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road/Robinhood Road, Lewisville. Refused caller stated goat in the roadway.

• Sept. 7 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 7700 block of Grapevine Road/Allspice Court, Lewisville. Stray livestock.

• Sept. 8 — Police service, 24 hour lock up — 6900 block of Prairie Grove Drive, Clemmons. Male subject placed into the Forsyth County Detention Center for a 24-hour sober up.

• Sept. 8 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 900 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subjects had a verbal argument.

• Sept. 9 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 9 — Hit-and-run accident — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 9 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Elderly male walked away from assisted living facility.

• Sept. 9 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 3800 block of Westridge Farm Lane, Clemmons. Victim was scammed through internet.

• Sept. 9 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Sessions Court, Clemmons.

• Sept. 10 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 10 — Traffic accident — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 10 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Employee’s mother assaults supervisor on job site.

• Sept. 10 — Trouble with neighbor — 7800 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Verbal altercation between neighbors.

• Sept. 11 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Grandmother provided information about grandson.

• Sept. 11 — Automobile theft — 100 block of northbound U.S. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Vehicle stolen from the side of the highway.

• Sept. 11 — Driving while impaired — 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Offender drove to deputies looking for wife.

• Sept. 12 — Police service, welfare check — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Subject called because she was stressed out.

• Sept. 12 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Man caused a verbal disturbance inside establishment.

• Sept. 12 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1600 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Female showed up at friend’s house with bloody face.

• Sept. 13 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Man found in middle of intersection of Styers Ferry/Lewisville-Clemmons Road.
