• Sept. 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2000 block of Megan Court, Clemmons. Mother attempted to locate her adult daughter.

• Sept. 13 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Victim was assaulted during bar fight.

• Sept. 13 — Traffic accident — 6000 block of Stadium Drive/Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 13 — Larceny from auto — 6200 block of Hackers Bend Court, Clemmons. Attempted theft of catalytic converter.

• Sept. 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1000 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Individual walked away from nursing facility.

• Sept. 13 — Traffic accident — 2100 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons.

• Sept. 13 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Caller reported scam phone call.

• Sept. 13 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject received calls in relation to a scam.

• Sept. 13 — Aggravated assault, communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6900 block of Logans Way Court, Clemmons. Disturbance between neighbors.

• Sept. 13 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Man found in middle of intersection of Styers Ferry/Lewisville-Clemmons Road.

• Sept. 13 — Police service, welfare check — 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Neighbor worried about kid being at home with grandfather.

• Sept. 14 — Traffic accident — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Marty Lane, Clemmons.

• Sept. 14 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Hayward Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Subject carried firearm into work.

• Sept. 14 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 100 block of Salem Place Court, Clemmons. Suspect headbutted victim.

• Sept. 14 — Police service, assist agency — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Subject called asking for help, resulted in voluntary commitment.

• Sept. 15 — Other obscenity/pornography violation — 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile sent nude photos of himself online.

• Sept. 15 — Threatening suicide — 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile threatened suicide.

• Sept. 15 — Trouble with juvenile — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Child did not want to go to school and grandfather made him.

• Sept. 15 — Lost property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student unable to locate Airpods.

• Sept. 15 — Police service, welfare check — 6300 block of Gough Court, Clemmons. Husband with Alzheimers reported missing.

• Sept. 15 — Missing person — 5800 block of Phillips Bridge Road, Lewisville. Missing person.

• Sept. 15 — Unauthorized use of conveyance — 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Subject took victim’s vehicle without permission.

• Sept. 16 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject took two cans of beer from store.

• Sept. 16 — Traffic accident — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 16 — Larceny, all other — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Couple had items stolen from hotel after leaving them in hallway.

• Sept. 16 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject deposited a counterfeit $20 bill.

• Sept. 16 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject told victim she would beat her ass.

• Sept. 16 — Traffic accident — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 16 — Weapon on school/educational property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student possessed blade in book bag.

• Sept. 16 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Parent upset with school bus driver.

• Sept. 16 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Stonburg Road, Clemmons. Intoxicated resident.

• Sept. 16 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, possession of controlled substance in jail — 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Subject was walking on the highway while intoxicated.

• Sept. 17 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 3400 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Subject was taken to hospital for mental commitment.

• Sept. 17 — Police service, welfare check — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Welfare check of an infant.

• Sept. 17 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Subject called 911 having a panic attack.

• Sept. 18 — Found property — 6400 block of Session Court, Clemmons. Reporting party’s wallet located in roadway.

• Sept. 18 — Trouble with juvenile — 1500 block of Carters Grove Road, Clemmons. Subject wanting her son to leave the residence.

• Sept. 18 — Missing person — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subject signed herself out of assisted living home and did not return.

• Sept. 18 — Found property — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Marijuana located in a restroom.

• Sept. 18 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Intoxicated patron assaulted another patron.

• Sept. 18 — Vandalism — 1000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject egged and poured syrup on victim’s cars.

• Sept. 19 — Larceny, all other — 9300 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Lock was removed from trailer and property  was carried away.

• Sept. 19 — Threatening suicide — 8300 block of Riverwalk Drive, Clemmons. Subject was threatening suicide by jumping off bridge.

• Sept. 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1200 block of Conrad Road, Lewisville. Dispatched injured deer.
