Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Sept. 20 — FCSO, all other, animal-related — 1500 block of Langdon Village Drive, Clemmons. Welfare check.
• Sept. 20 — Vandalism — 6000 block of Gun Club Road, Clemmons. Offender was fired and damaged property as she left.
• Sept. 21 — Traffic accident — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/eastbound I-40.
• Sept. 21 — Lost property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student misplaced his cellphone in gym class.
• Sept. 21 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Sept. 21 — Missing person — 2400 block of Sedalia Drive, Clemmons. Victim got lost.
• Sept. 21 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 6800 block of August Court, Clemmons. Subject threatened to kill himself.
• Sept. 21 — Traffic accident — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Holder Road, Clemmons.
• Sept. 21 — Shoplifting, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subjects concealed items and left store without paying.
• Sept. 21 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Wanted subject located during investigation.
• Sept. 21 — Lost property — 1000 block of Cresthaven Road, Lewisville. Reporting party reported her firearm is missing/stolen from closet.
• Sept. 21 — Wire/computer/other electronic manipulation — 1600 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road, Lewisville. Reporting party reported wire fraud while attempting to purchase from Ebay.
• Sept. 22 — FCSO, other sex offense, sex offender violation — 1400 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Registered sex offender not living at registered address.
• Sept. 22 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal-related, FCSO, violation of auto law, operation violation — 6900 block of Kenbridge Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Aggressive dog found.
• Sept. 22 — Robbery — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Suspects entered business and demanded money with gun.
• Sept. 22 — Automobile theft — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Suspect stole victim’s motorcycle.
• Sept. 23 — Traffic accident — 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons.
• Sept. 23 — Suspicious vehicle — 6600 block of Knob Hill Court/Knob Hill Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party observed suspicious vehicle in neighborhood.
• Sept. 24 — Traffic accident — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Sept. 24 — Lost property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student lost phone in cafeteria.
• Sept. 24 — Larceny, all other, credit card/ATM fraud — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Debit card stolen and used.
• Sept. 24 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Suspect exited store without paying for item.
• Sept. 24 — Breaking and entering without force — 8700 block of Witherbee Court, Lewisville. Unknown subject entered vehicle and outbuilding.
• Sept. 25 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject was acting strange in parking lot and bothering customers.
• Sept. 25 — Automobile theft — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim left his vehicle unlocked and running and someone stole his vehicle.
• Sept. 25 — Autobreaking and larceny — 1800 block of Dunmore Lane, Clemmons. Victim located vehicle that had been rummaged through.
• Sept. 26 — Autobreaking and larceny — 8100 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Suspect broke into vehicle and stole cash and bicycle from property.
• Sept. 26 — Breaking and entering without force — 1800 block of Dunmore Lane, Clemmons. Unlocked vehicles broken into during the night.
• Sept. 26 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Reporting party had questions in regards to an assault.
• Sept. 26 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, drunk and disruptive, FCSO, use of force — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drunk and disorderly offender assaulted deputy and was tased.
