  • Youth programs:
    • Storytime: Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. — Featuring books and singalongs. This fall, storytimes will alternate between being held outdoors and on Zoom, but online registration through the library website is required for both formats. On Sept. 30, story time will be on Zoom, and on Oct. 7 it will be in the library courtyard.
    • I Wonder Wednesday: Join in Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m. on Zoom for the new children’s program series featuring a variety of topics. A limited number of supply kits will be available upon request at the Clemmons Branch Library. On Oct. 6, learn about famous painter and sculptor Joan Miro. Then try your hand at creating art in his style. Visit the library website or call 336-703-2920 for sign-up information.
    • Tween and Teen Advisory Board: Join in on Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 4:30 p.m. to suggest topics and themes for future tween/teen programs, provide feedback on juvenile and young adult materials including fiction, non-fiction, and graphic novels. Earn volunteer time helping out with library events and programs.
