Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 27 — Vandalism — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Former employee damaged store merchandise.

• Sept. 27 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Male assaulted clerk when confronted for trying to take merchandise.

• Sept. 27 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 5400 block of Misty Hill Circle, Clemmons. Reporting party reported unknown individual opened new bank account in his name.

• Sept. 28 — FCSO, police, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student notified staff of concerning Snapchat.

• Sept. 28 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student’s suspicious behavior led to search.

• Sept. 28 — Traffic accident — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Sept. 29 — Traffic accident — 5000 block of Thoroughbred Lane/Whirlaway Court, Clemmons.

• Sept. 29 — Vicious dog/leash law violation — 1600 block of Havenbrook Court, Clemmons. Reporting person’s dog attacked by other dogs in the neighborhood.

• Sept. 29 — Threatening suicide — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Subject got mad.

• Sept. 30 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Oct. 1 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Oct. 1 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Parent reported student being bullied at school.

• Oct. 1 — Overdose — 6700 block of Greenbrook Drive, Clemmons. Prescribed medication taken.

• Oct. 1 — Trouble with neighbor — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Neighbors got into argument.

• Oct. 2 — Autobreaking and larceny — 3800 block of Dillon Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle broken into while parked in parking lot.

• Oct. 2 — Vandalism — 3800 block of Dillon Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle broken into while parked in parking lot.

• Oct. 2 — Autobreaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect forced entry into a vehicle and stole purse.

• Oct. 2 — Autobreaking and larceny — 3800 block of Dillon Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle broken into while parked in parking lot.

• Oct. 2 — Aggravated assault, communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect threatened to assault and kill victims.

• Oct. 3 – Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject threw speaker at victim.

• Oct. 3 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Crab legs and lobster were stolen.
