Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 1 — Police service, criminal call for service — 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Student’s mother packed a knife in lunch box by mistake.

• Oct. 2 — Breaking and entering with force — 400 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject broke into ex-friend’s apartment.

• Oct. 3 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Subject stopped by the residence to hang out.

• Oct. 3 — Police service, attempted suicide — 7000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Welfare check on possible suicidal/overdose subject.

• Oct. 4 — Dog bite and attacks — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. AARF cat bit store manager.

• Oct. 4 — Traffic accident — 7100 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons.

• Oct. 4 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student felt uncomfortable around other students.

• Oct. 4 — Larceny from auto — 6200 block of Hackers Bend Court, Clemmons. Catalytic converter cut off vehicle.

• Oct. 4 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student reportedly passing pills.

• Oct. 4 — Traffic accident — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Oct. 4 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student carrying gang insignia.

• Oct. 4 — Overdose — 400 block of Heritage Drive, Lewisville. Subject overdosed on heroin.

• Oct. 5 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 8500 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Subject taken for emergency commitment for suicidal ideations.

• Oct. 5 — Dog bites and attacks — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Oct. 5 — Traffic accident — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Oct. 5 — Autobreaking and larceny — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Suspect(s) entered unlocked vehicles and stole items.

• Oct. 5 — Autobreaking and larceny — 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Offender opened unlocked door and stole items.

• Oct. 5 — Suspicious person — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Juvenile discovered riding bikes at 3 a.m.

• Oct. 5 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment, resisting arrest — 200 block of Dorse Road, Lewisville. Suspect gave false information and was in possession of paraphernalia.

• Oct. 5 — Found property — 300 block of Riverwood Drive, Lewisville. Car keys were found by individual who was walking.

• Oct. 5 — Suspicious person — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Reporting party advised individuals suspicious activity around vehicle.

• Oct. 6 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Dispute between tenant and motel.

• Oct. 6 — FCSO, fleet vehicle accident — 2500 block of Old Glory Road/Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Struck vehicle while making turn.

• Oct. 6 — Driving while impaired — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Subject operated vehicle while impaired.

• Oct. 6 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 2400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Fraudulent cable bill from Georgia.

• Oct. 7 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Nottidge Court, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Oct. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Trespassing subject on property.

• Oct. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Student with pocket-sized pepper spray on keychain.

• Oct. 8 — Vandalism — 6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Broken rear glass window.

• Oct. 8 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Oct. 9 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Disturbance.

• Oct. 9 — Vandalism — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Vehicle’s paint scratched by unknown means.

• Oct. 9 — Larceny, all other — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject took money from victim’s backpack.

• Oct. 10 — Autobreaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect broke into multiple vehicles.

• Oct. 10 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment. Marijuana found during traffic stop.

• Oct. 10 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal argument.

• Oct. 10 — Suspicious person — 7600 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Subject acting odd and digging in dirt with bare hands.

• Oct. 10 — Autobreaking and larceny — 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown individual(s) took purse from unlocked vehicle.

• Oct. 10 — Police service, open door — 5500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unsecured door located on school building.
