Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 11  Hit-and-run-accident — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Oct. 11 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student provided info on possible firearm possession.

• Oct. 11 — Traffic accident — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons.

• Oct. 12 — Police service, welfare check — 4900 block of Terrence Drive, Clemmons. Elderly female was seeing things which were not there.

• Oct. 12 — Lost property — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party lost wallet at gas station.

• Oct. 12 — Traffic accident — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons.

• Oct. 12 — FCSO, police service, security check — 1600 block of Magnolia Park Drive, Clemmons. House under construction being worked on overnight.

• Oct. 12 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subjects got into argument about gas charge to credit card.

• Oct. 12 — FCSO, police service, security check — 7700 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Subjects believed they heard someone in the woods next  to their house.

• Oct. 13 — FCSO, police service, security check — 7000 block of Mason Place Circle, Clemmons. Female reported someone in her apartment.

• Oct. 13 — Traffic accident — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/eastbound.

• Oct. 13 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Teacher made concerning comments to students.

• Oct. 13 — Vandalism — 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect busted out vehicle window with brick.

• Oct. 13 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1400 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject was sending harassing messages through social media outside jurisdiction.

• Oct. 13 — Police service, welfare check — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject was sleeping in restroom.

• Oct. 14 — Larceny, all other — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender removed campaign signs from side of the road.

• Oct. 14 — All other fraud — 6700 block of Castleton Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated Walmart Visa was compromised.

• Oct. 14 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject stole items from grocery store.

• Oct. 14 — Police service, 24-hour lockup — 1000 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons, Intoxicated person.

• Oct. 15 — Breaking and entering without force — 6800 block of Doublegate Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject attempted to enter residence through basement door.

• Oct. 15 — Traffic accident — 3500 block of Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons.

• Oct. 15 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Dispute over vehicle damage.

• Oct. 15 — Traffic accident — 3200 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons.

• Oct. 15 — Missing person — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Male reported missing, possibly armed and suicidal.

• Oct. 15 — Traffic accident — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons.

• Oct. 15 — Traffic accident — 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons.

• Oct. 15 — Paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect possessed drug paraphernalia.

• Oct. 15 — Death investigation — 900 block of Thunderwood Court, Lewisville. 

• Oct. 16 —FCSO, police service, security check — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Affray reported at bar.

• Oct. 16 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 2500 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance between subjects.

• Oct. 16 — FCSO, police service, welfare check — 9600 block of Wildflower Woods Way, Lewisville. Neighbor reported party and underage drinking in neighborhood field.

• Oct. 17 — Driving while impaired, transporting tax-paid liquor — 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Impaired driver found asleep at an intersection.

• Oct. 17 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of eastbound I-40, Clemmons. Window shattered while driving on highway.
