Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 8 — Aggravated assault, communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 600 block of La-Vale Dr., Clemmons. Quarrel between neighbors which began over a loose dog.

• Nov. 8 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Deceased raccoon found in reporting party’s backyard.

• Nov. 8 — Trouble with juvenile — 1500 block of Greenfield Estates Drive, Lewisville. Juvenile being disobedient.

• Nov. 9 — Police service, welfare check — 6800 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject with cognitive impairment left her residence.

• Nov. 9 — Traffic accident — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Brewer Avenue, Clemmons.

• Nov. 9 — Larceny from building — 400 block of Sunpath Circle, Clemmons. Jewelry and cash taken from inside home.

• Nov. 9 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 100 block of Stoney Brook Boulevard/South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Stray dogs.

• Nov. 9 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Glass door cracked on school building.

• Nov. 9 — Larceny from auto — 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject cut catalytic converter from victim’s vehicle.

• Nov. 9 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 6800 block of Magnolia Park Court, Clemmons. Wanted subject located during security check.

• Nov. 9 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 100 block of Lucy Lane, Lewisville. Offender assaulted victim.

• Nov. 9 — Robbery — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect robbed gas station.

• Nov. 10 — Larceny from auto — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Catalytic converter stolen.

• Nov. 10 — Larceny, all other — 3700 block of Tanglewood Forest Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject took building supplies from construction site.

• Nov. 10 — Dog bites and attacks — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Nov. 10 — Larceny from auto — 100 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject’s vehicle was tampered with.

• Nov. 10 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 900 block of Forge Way, Lewisville. Reporting party received text from unknown individual.

• Nov. 11 — Breaking and entering with force — 6000 block of Sunny Brook Drive, Clemmons. Unknown individual attempted to gain access to garage.

• Nov. 11 — All other fraud — 2500 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Offender failed to pay for ultrasound.

• Nov. 11 — Driving while impaired — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Nov. 12 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subjects arguing over a bill.

• Nov. 12 — Traffic accident — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/River Center, Clemmons.

• Nov. 12 — Traffic accident — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 12 — Traffic accident — 3600 block of Clemmons Road/Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons.

• Nov. 12 — Traffic accident — 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 12 — Death investigation — 1700 block of Ramhurst Drive, Clemmons. Daughter reported mother was attempting suicide.

• Nov. 12 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Found dog.

• Nov. 13 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Circle, Clemmons. Subject stated he was scratched by staff member.

• Nov. 13 — Driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended — 3400 block of Clemmons Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Nov. 13 — Trespassing — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Argument between friends.

• Nov. 13 — Autobreaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Items stolen from unlocked vehicle.

• Nov. 13 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male walked out of store with items.

• Nov. 14 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Male assaulted bouncer.

• Nov. 14 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Parent of employee creating a disturbance at business.

• Nov. 14 — Vandalism, drug violations, CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road.  Subject shot at vehicle, causing damage.
