• Nov. 15 — Traffic accident — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 15 — Traffic accident — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 15 — Dog bites and attacks — 2200 block of Catherines Way, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Nov. 15 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Offenders disrupted the peace, assaulted victim and damaged property.

• Nov. 15 — Traffic accident — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 15 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Subject involved in a disturbance.

• Nov. 15 — Animal cruelty — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Animal cruelty.

• Nov. 15 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 7700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Reporting party stated that female won’t leave his property and will not answer the door.

• Nov. 16 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject yelled at Waffle House employee.

• Nov. 16 — Dog bites and attacks — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Nov. 16 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 16 — Traffic accident — 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 16 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student provided information on his gang involvement.

• Nov. 16 — Overdose — 7200 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Subject digested multiple pills.

• Nov. 16 — Disorderly conduct — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Subjects involved in sexual conduct in a public parking lot.

• Nov. 16 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subjects involved in a disturbance over standard of care.

• Nov. 17 — Suspicious vehicle — 4500 block of Silo Ridge Court, Clemmons. Unknown subject was knocking and ringing the doorbell.

• Nov. 17 — Traffic accident — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 17 — Driving while impaired, child abuse, non-assaultive, using/consuming tax-paid liquor — 7500 block of Idols Road/Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Subject operated vehicle while impaired with minors inside.

• Nov. 17 — Missing person — 5500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Adult student left school on foot.

• Nov. 17 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject filed for unemployment using reporting party’s name.

• Nov. 18 – Traffic accident — 100 block of Harper Road/eastbound I-40, Clemmons.

• Nov. 18 — Traffic accident — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 18 — Traffic accident — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 18 — Missing person — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subject walked away from nursing facility.

• Nov. 19 — Misuse of 911 — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Offender knowingly misused 911.
